They use cartwheel to inform the parents what they do each day, and I loved it. I know hows my kid day went each day, and the teachers and the staffs are super nice. Im glad to find them to take care of my kid.

They constantly change policy. Lie to parents then laugh about it when they leave. I’ve seen them treat their teachers so poorly that they cry. I’ve noticed that all the good teachers don’t last long, probably because they get tired of being in terrible conditions. I don’t understand why this place is one of the most expensive daycares in BA but they look like they’re struggling. No sense of organization.

We had two children attending la petite, at first everything was good, then for some unknown reason my grandson started hitting , we were getting called everyday that he had to be picked up and taken home it wasnt long that he learnt that if he hit he got to go home . When the management were asked they dont do time out , explained that they are not punishing the child by sending them home you are punishing the parent who needs to work. they didnt care just spouted policy of la petite. We pulled that child and had family look after him, he started school this fall and has not had any problem is school. that been said we still had the youngest child at la petite well today they terminated him due to biting, dont get me wrong i know my grandchildren are not angles but the youngest has been bonced from one class to another, i would have to go through 4 classes at the end of the day sometimes to find his jacket , and the staff were leaving like crazy , every day someone left they couldnt stand the director and her policys. when you walk in there, none of the staff are happy they love the kids but not the work place. I really think la petite needs to get a new director in there and the assistant well there is another story. if i could give anyone advise dont get charmed by there sweet talk, every little thing they say or do will cost you money Dont take your child there they will ruin your child .

This is my children’s 3rd week here. Every other day I get a call from the director that my children are not listening, hitting, spitting and bitting. My kids have never had this issue at any other daycare. EVER. When brought up as to why they don’t try time out before calling the parent. She called my 4 year old DEFIANT because she doesn’t listen to anyone. And they can’t put her in time out because it’s a form of abandonment. The kids, any kids will run right over any adult that isn’t going to show them that they can’t act like that. My kids are not out of control at all, they are simply being pushed out the door because the director doesn’t schedule her employees right so their understaffed so she sends home kids to meet ratio requirements and makes up stories about the kids. My 4 year has been in the 2 year old class over half of her time here when I pick them up. My point is if you want a structured environment, where your children are with their age group THIS apparently is not the place. My kids will again be starting a new daycare. This is not a good fit for my children and I will never ever be bringing my children back here. This is the worst experience of a daycare we have ever had. I hope anyone looking into this daycare will read my review and spare their time and take their child to a different daycare. This is the worst one.

Been here for almost a month now with my two year old son and I’m so impressed. We tried another local daycare previously and my two year old got frustrated a lot and suspended in the first two weeks for being aggressive towards other children. I had never seen him act like that before cuz it’s always been just him, and it was his first time in daycare. We then went to La petite because it was highly recommended and more of a learning center. Right away my son started showing the same type of frustration and aggression, instead of just suspending him, they’ve worked with him everyday and myself, knowing this was an overwhelming experience being in daycare for the first time for a two year old. Even though we still have rough days sometimes, they’re getting fewer and fewer, he’s gotten a lot better and has come home a happy boy every day, and I’m so thankful for the teachers working with him. Also I love that they have an app that sends updates of your baby all day long. They send pictures of them, updates on food and nap time and even when they change them. 10/10 !

My kids have been getting sent home almost daily for MONTHS (if not one kid then the other). Completely baffled me because the daycare they were at before they were being complimented on their behavior constantly. Any time I tried to ask for help in behavior adjustment and discipline all I got told was well if it keeps happening theyre going to get kicked out. They had no interest in being a team with me. Finally one of my children got kicked out so we had to change schools (do to family disagreement we didnt just switch sooner, which I personally wanted to after a week or so of dealing with this). They have been at there school for over a week now without even a single behavior report let alone having to go pick them up.I wouldnt recommend this school to anyone.

My son was enrolled in this facilities summer program this past summer and even before my sons first day their we had encountered problems. Lack of communication persists at all levels from teachers to the director herself. The director does get argumentative when it comes to parents addressing concerns about important issues. Another big issue is this facility has no form of discipline at all. When my son had an issue at summer camp I suggested that maybe they sit him out of one of the many fieldtrips or have him clean up after the other kids after breakfast or lunch. The directors exact response was that per DHS rules they cannot use any form of corporal punishment. I dont think sitting a kid out of a field trip nor having to do a simple chore of picking up after other kids eating like cleaning tables for a day would be considered corporal punishment but apparently this facility does. Our public school systems use punishments similar to these by taking away parts of recess or cleaning up the classrooms, so my question is if public schools can administer these punishments why cant this facility? They expect children to behave and no matter how hard you parent every kid is going to get into trouble, its inevitable. If a kid can misbehave at school and realize that the school will not take any disciplinary action, they will continue to misbehave not correcting their behavior. This facility describes their summer camp as an educational one. I did not find this facility to do anything really educational. Everyday it seems like they would take fieldtrips to Incredible Pizza and Chuckie Cheese. Then when you have plans outside of work/camp and you need your child or children to be ready for pickup at a certain time and ask them to hold your child behind since they wouldnt return to after the time of your important plans, this facility WILL NOT work with you!I didnt see much teaching during my times picking my child up nor did my child describe any educational experiences while at camp. Even as a daycare I wouldnt recommend this facility as the lack of proper communication worries a parent. As stated in this review when you bring important issues to the directors attention, she turns everything into an argument and doesnt accept any responsibility.I was looking for a place to help my child retain some knowledge from the previous school year to help them this upcoming school year and they failed to provide that for me. With all these issues I will not be returning to this facility until they go through whole sale changes starting from either retraining the director of this school or getting all new leadership entirely.I am sure their are other schools out there that are much better than this facility and I will be researching and visiting other places throughout the school year so next summer my child will have a much better place next summer. The only positive thing I can say about this facility is that when you contact their corporate office and talk to the area manager, she was happy to help and address your concerns. But even that isnt enough to justify returning to this facility until changes are made.

Wow. I havent gone here in so many years. When me and my big brother went, we had the best people there. Mrs. Center was my favorite, I dont know if he is still there, but when I was in the 3rd or 4th grade, I had the same class as her daughter Courtney. I remember having so much fun and my brother would have fun too. I dont know how it is now, but it used to be the best day care I had ever been to. i13 now

This corporation is all about money. Your kids are not important here, in fact their only goal is to fill every class room while giving zero additional support for staff. They shove kids back and forth during the day to get ratios right. Even if it means putting your 5 month old in a classroom filled with toddlers. If its in ratio it doesnt matter if the teacher can handle it or not. Management does their best but just like there is zero support for staff, there is zero support for management as well. I truly believe the corporation is out of touch with how these daycares are being ran.

My son attended this school for two months and I regret ever single time he went in there! Do not send your children to this school! Every time I went in there there was a teacher yellin at the kids, I saw one teacher grab a child, children were running around with pencils and crayons coloring on furniture, my son would come home all the time with bite marks, scratches on his face, and telling me that someone and one was a teacher hit him! I talked to the director multiple times and she did not care and told me that my son self inflicted all this! They dont have lesson plans, there facility is filthy, and they do not provide a healthy meal for the children. I have reported this school to DHS and there is an ongoing investigation! Please please do not send your child here!

Honestly, we had a terrible experience at La Petite BA. In the 14 months that my son attended the Broken Arrow location, there were 3 different directors, 5 different managers, and too many teacher changes to count. In the 7 months that he spent in the toddler room he had 6 different lead teachers. The last straw for us came when quite a few teachers quit at once and were not replaced. The toddler and infant classes were completely outside of the state mandated child-teacher ratios (9 to 1 in the toddler room on several occasions). Also, the floater teachers that they were using were not properly changing diapers or cleaning the rooms. After complaining to the director and not seeing any changes, we pulled our son out of La Petite and filed a complaint with OK DHS. My complaints were substantiated and appear on La Petites licensing file. Please dont send your children here.

My Daughter has gone to La Petite Academy since she was in diappers. She is now 4 years old I couldnt imagine her going anywere else. We have had a few issues with director changes and teachers but it seems like the people they have now are here to stay. I love that they are not just a daycare but they they are also a preschool. I dont have to worry about taking my daughter back and forth. And when she starts school they provide transportation. My daughter loves her classmates, teacher and the food! She learns something new everyday and is happy to be there. I would reccomend taking your child their. The directors and teachers love the kids and have earned my trust.
