By far the best gym Ive ever gone to. Staff is excellent. Owner is on site. Equipment is great. They offer lots of classes, including legitimate MMA classes. On top of all that, theyre inexpensive! Do yourself a favor and check them out.

I love this gym! From the day we signed up, the owner greets my husband, daughter and I by name each time we come in. The equipment is new, theres a great variety of machines and equipment, and its never crowded like the bigger gyms. Ive also been working with personal trainer, Sassi, who is amazing! Were so happy we chose this personally owned training center to get into shape.

Amazing gym with great staff coupled with brand new state of the art equipment! The Move Strong Functional Training System and full caged Octagon make this place the most unique and best training center in AZ! I definitely recommend this place for all your fitness goals and needs.
