Wonderful experience where i met lifelong friends. The instructors were great for the most part and very knowledgeable. However, the course could be condensed to 7-8 weeks and we missed out on the virtual reality lab which is highly advertised. Our class 517 missed out on the VR and we had quite a few new instructors as well. I also believe MDReptrack importing of terms and products could easily been eliminated, I have already received a job opportunity and do not see myself ever utilizing that information. However, we as students did not know at the time which company we would work for. However, the school could easily provide that information for us as reference by using a prior classs inputted homework.

The Education was amazing but the hardest part of the industry is simply getting someone to talk to you. I felt after the course I was very prepared to excel in the industry but the career development side needs to improve. All of the teachers were amazing and really taught me the information I needed to know. Definitely recommend for someone with no medical background. You will learn a ton of great information.

MSC will always stay with me as having taken the opportunity to invest in myself, while also meeting great people and growing my professional abilities. I had the opportunity to go through the 12-week Distal extremities/Orthopedic reconstruction and trauma course at MSC from February through April in Charlotte, NC. Although it was cut short because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and we finished the class online, it was still an amazing experience. I cannot thank my instructors, Andrea Holley, Mark Ridgway, Dr. Perns, Tilden Register, and Justin Steele enough for the countless hours they put in to provide us the framework not only clinically, but professionally to succeed in this field. Everyday brought on new and challenging information to stimulate thought about what it is like when standing next to a physician in the OR. Without the guidance of these instructors, and the competitive atmosphere brought on by my peers, I would never have been able to land the role I am currently working in today.
