We have loved our experiences with a Chesterbrook Academy. Their COVID procedures have made us feel safe and we love the daily pictures through the app. Our child is happy and thriving at the school.

My infant child has been going here for 4 month. The staff in his room are friendly and caring. The facility is clean and they are diligent about sanitizing and keeping the environment safe. My child enjoys going there and I feel comfortable leaving my child there while I work. They have helped in achieving many developmental milestones and are just as excited as we are when something new happens.

This is a great school. William the Director is great, and very welcoming. After I moved back to Charlotte from Philadelphia where my son attended Chesterbrook Academy at Drexel (Philadelphia) I started looking at schools here in Charlotte. My son attended Kiddie Academy in Blakeney and hated it there, and I had him moved to Chesterbrook at providence west because I was treated like family, and the teacher to student ratio is much better. Teachers in his class are great and my son loves them. The smile on my sons face when I drop him and pick him is worth millions! Thank you!

As a former employee of this facility I can tell you that the safety and learning of the children enrolled here is not a priority to management and administration. Classrooms are constantly out of state required ratios and rooms are often over capacity as many rooms are over enrolled and administration has failed to hire staff to safely oversee the influx of children they have in the facility. Children are made to nap without sheets many times a week. Many children are moved from room to room multiple times throughout the day and are often held back from moving up to the next age level room due to poor planning and over enrollment. I would highly recommend considering other locations or facilities if you are interested in your child receiving an education in a safe environment.
