I love their after school program. Mr. Jeffrey keeps them busy and active. I love that they have a lot of outdoor time. Specially after school they get to have fun. The rest of the stuff in good as well and they really care for my child. I had an incident with one of the helpers in the classroom. I spoke to the administration and they were able to solve the issue right away. They do have a late payment fee, but its understandable. If you want to avoid that just set it up on auto pay. And problem solved. All the other daycares just take your money. Here you just have to ask to be set with an account and you can auto pay.I am truly happy, my child is happy so I can work knowing my child is in good hands.

My daughter has been enrolled here for 1 year. She was around 2 years old when she began attending. We have not had any issues. We enjoy the warm staff and hours of availability. We were skeptical about sending her due to the poor reviewers. However, after visiting we felt very comfortable with the staff and the center.

The staff has been fantastic with my little one in the nursery. They take care of her and she always smiles every time she sees them. The AD is a pleasure to work with as well.

Don’t send your kids to this low down place. Horrible management and some of the staff are horrible and a disgrace to what child care really means. I wouldn’t refer this place to any parent, they wrongfully terminated my kids when I wanted answers about what happened to my child. I never got the name of the teacher that was in the room with my child when it occurred. Not going to go into full detail about what happened but know that this is not the last they will hear from me. Trust me! They even went as far as calling the police on me and putting my kids out the building after 5 years! What a shame! The police was very rude to me they even shoved me out the way when I tried to renter the building to get my children. They banned me from the property because they are hiding evidence but guess what? Lawyer time! With that being said please please don’t send your children to this center Trust me!

The quality of care is truly questionable. My child was there almost 2 years. The entire staffing changed during that time frame. I liked the original staff a lot but after almost 2 years we had to pull the plug and leave. There were a couple times my child came home with a mark that they were not able to explain and did not fill out an incident report for, one of which seems to be a permanent scar on the left side of the face. Not thrilled about that. I do not feel there is abuse happening, I think the teachers simply have too much going on to notice some of what happens throughout the day. I feel for the teachers - they are underpaid and overworked (I have worked in childcare myself). Anthony (program director) does really seem to try but at the end of the day the center is lacking. On my childs last day here we werent wished the best, or anything. When I asked if my child had a portfolio or anything else I needed to bring home, the assistant director said whatever is in the cubby you can take and just walked away. I feel that some of management lacks basic social skills. Also to note that management sends out weekly email blasts to everyone (a reminder to pay tuition) and the title of one of them was Suspension Warning. How inviting... Their tuition policy is that if it is not paid by Tuesday at 12pm, there will be a $30 fee added and then it still must be paid by Wednesday morning or they suspend care for your child until it is paid. This is likely a corporate policy but I think its absolutely ridiculous, personally. There is a fine line between conducting a business and being cold and unprofessional. If you are looking for a warm and inviting place for your child to go, this place is not it.

Very disappointing with the management who has failed to fix my account for two months after notifying the discrepancy. Teachers are great but they keep quitting.* Update: Since they corrected my account staff have been great communicating with us, updating us about happenings and the new app to look at my childs log and pictures is great!

Have had my child here for a few years and its going downhill fast. My child stayed in the same diaper ALL DAY. (We use a different brand at home than what they do). Mrs. Kathy at the front desk is rude to the parents and her staff as well. There is a lot of turn over. A LOT. It leaves them severely short staffed. Also whoever manages accounts is doing a poor job. They have a lot of technical issues and raise the prices every year. I noticed for those who had balances, there names were posted on the front door of the building until it wasnt an issue. Seemed unprofessional. They do not do field trips, teach Spanish, or sign language like they tell you when you tour. I love my childs new teacher but we will be changing daycares soon.
