This is one of the bigger office Depot stores in the Richmond Virginia area. I found everything I was looking for there and then some. The clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very easy to find as Theres a lot of signs directing the way. The parking area is huge with handicap parking close to the store.

Purchased ink at this location and went home to find the ink defective. Called the location a few minutes before closing and was on hold until an employee picked up and promptly hung up to refrain from helping me. This is an absolute outrage. Not only are the employees in store unwilling to get up to transfer over to another register they are just as unwilling to help on the phone.

Was just changed 2.50 for a 0.15 black and white print. The gentleman tells me after the fact that they now have a minimum charge for prints. Unless you need 16.5 copies of something Id recommend going somewhere else.

Last year in December I received some hp ink by mail that I NEVER ordered. I immediately took it back to the store and asked them why it came to me how they knew my debit card number. I was told that on my last visit I signed up for a subscription ( I Never did nor would). They refunded my money and assured me that the subscription was cancelled. Today I look at my bank account online and see another charge for something I NEVER ordered. I call in and am told I need to wait until I receive the item and refuse it. Thats ludicrous to me. Never signed up in the beginning. Beware of using your debit cards or any card at this brand. I am just LIVID!!!

Always have what you need and lot of other fun stuff!!! Went in buy a thumb drive and brought one to the counter to pay for... The cashier brought to my attention a small display of the exact same thumb drives that I was about to purchase but $5.00 cheaper... I realize $5.00 isnt a huge sum, but everything helps and to me it meant a lot... So thank you Office Max/Office Depot Cashier for the tip... It made my day 😊

Best office supply place in the tri-cities (and I work less than 5 minutes away from that other place in Colonial Heights).. The only place to go make copies or have printing done. Professional service. Efficient. Tony and Mikaela are friendly and very helpful.

The remodel freaked me a bit out because I thought I was half asleep walking into the wrong store. It was extremely clean, crisp and easy to navigate. Great customer service. Im torn because the old store look lived in and homey and the new one looks very professional reflecting a solid modern business. Either way I like it.

They always have what I need for my office. They have a great pickup program where you buy online and they will have the items ready for pickup in a hour. The staff here are great and engaging with you when you walk thru the store.

Great store lay-out, knowledgeable staff. Their employees know and understand what true customer service is verses what some people think. I am old school, I enjoy being treated like a guest when I shop and the employees at this store just Rock!

This was my first time in the Office Max. The employee I think Bob or Rob was very helpful to what services I need assistant on. And even gave me options that would save me money. Also offered if I wanted to have a store card with no charge.Felt very comfortable.

Went to this store for some office supplies and saw that they had a laptop carry case marked sale,proceed to the check out item rang up at full price. The cashier calls for a price check and I am told it was not on sale, was asked to show the associate where the bag was located.When I returned to the aisle the tag was gone and I was told there was no sale tag and that there was no tag ever there.The name on the bag matched the name on the tag and I would have been understanding if it was in the wrong place.But to tell me and my wife that we were seeing things really.I will never spend another penny in that store and If i could would not even give one star.

I have been purchasing brother toner from the chester location for the past 4 years and they have always price matched amazons lower price,i get coupons monthly when you spend 75.00 or more you get 15.00 off now going forward they say they will not match a competitors price and give you your coupon saving for spending the dollar amount on the coupon reason thet say is because you are already getting .a discount and my responce is i am getting a competitive price and they should honor their coupon
