The people at the desk are super helpful. My daughter loves her dance classes. Theyre very good about keeping the place super clean and distancing the kids.

As a choreographer in the dance community of Chicago, I always love the positivity of the environment when I first walk in. Everyone is very welcoming. I always seem to do my best work when at Intrigue. Studios are always clean and equipment is easy to use. The front desk is always available for any questions or concerns I may have and have been very attentive. They have amazing classes available to kids through adult levels. If you want a wonderful dance studio experience go to Intrigue. They will inspire you.

My children and I absolutely love Intrigue! Chicago has so many places to take dance, but after trying 7 studio trial classes, we decided to enroll at Intrigue. Weve been there for 5 years and the facility and staff are top notch! Oh, lets not forget Ms. Pia, the owner is on BROADWAY!!!! I love that my daughters have her as dance role model and they know that anything is possible with hard work!

Intrigue Dance help my daughter get over their shy demener. Intrigue Dance gave my girl a true understanding of teamwork and what it means to be commited. Due to this experience I started seeing their grades and confidence level go up. Currently they are both on the honor roll. An amazing studio with instructors who are dedicated and encouraging to the students. We flew to Chicago from Toronto for our 6 year old daughter to partake in the intensive summer dance session. It was a wonderful experience for my daughter as she truly enjoyed meeting new friends who shared her love of dance. My daughters dance techniques and her determination became more evident. I highly recommend this dance studio to those who want to take their level of dance and dedication to the next level.

The dance studio and the administer at the front desk (Daniel) and other staff members failed to ask for ID’s and asked parents/non-guardians to sign in and out the child from dance class. I will not be sending my childrens back to this dance studio. This studio is unsafe environment for security protection for your child. There was absolutely no ID’s check to pick-up your child. They did not verify and reference the pick up procedures/policy. This is very concerning as a parent with four children. However, the dance instructor was great and friendly to my childrens.Here are some Recommended Policies and Procedures - Any organization working with children needs a policy in place describing who can and cannot pick up any given child. This information should be obtained as soon as a child enrolls. This written permission should then be turned in to the child’s teacher/dance instructor/administer in person by the parent before someone new is allowed to pick up the child. An email or phone call should not be considered sufficient. Anyone who has not met the child’s teacher/dance instructor needs to have his or her photo ID checked. Checking photo IDs may be inconvenient during the end of a busy day but is a priority. It’s critical for staff to understand how important this is to prevent dangerous incidents and keep children safe. This review is listed to protect other children attending intrigue Dance school. This location does have excellent dance instructors!

Wow!! Words cannot even express my gratitude that I received from the Adult classes at Intrigue , help shaping and remolding my dance career and pushing me in such a positive way. Helped reminding me why I fell in love with dance in the first place and teaching more than I could ever imagine signing up for summer and fall classes, improved my mind, body, spirit and tools for the working profession. working with and around previous injures and having the knowledge to rehabilitate and strengthen me when I thought dance life was over for me. Intrigue is a very good studio for dancers who want to learn and grow as excellent dancers. The teachers at Intrigue are fabulous and the owner, Pia Hamilton, is very hands on. As soon as you walk into the studio you feel like you are right at home. Everyone is welcoming and the teachers want to make sure the dancers can be the best that they can be.

Our daughter has danced with Intrigue since she was only 5 years old, shes now 10! Needless to say weve been happy with her education & growth in technique. Pia Hamilton is a committed instructor and mentor to all the children of Intrigue. Through her dedication, Gianna continues to improve as a dancer in ballet, hip hop, jazz, tap & modern. I highly recommend the studio for both children & adults!

This is my daughters 5th year at Intrigue Dance and Performing Arts Center. Pia and her teaching staff are amazing teachers and inspire and encourage each dancer to be the best they can be! The new studio is an amazing, top of the line space with three separate studios, locker rooms for changing, and plenty of space for parents to wait and watch. I frequently recommend Intrigue to my friends with aspiring dancers.

I have been going to Intrigue for over three years now, and I would give the studio my highest recommendation! The studio is of high quality, the instructors are professional and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I have taken many drop-in adult classes including hip-hop, beginners modern, pilates, cardio strip tease, and salsa. There is a wide range of class options that challenge and appeal to people of all ability levels. The class I go to every week is Stretch & Strength. Pia, the owner and creative director, is incredible. The Stretch & Strength class is made to challenge people at all ability levels, and I have to say that it is the best group fitness class that I have ever taken. When I take the class, it literally affects the way that I feel all week long, head-to-toe! I have never felt so fit, and I owe a great deal of it to my experiences at this studio. All instructors are highly-trained, professional dancers who work hard to meet the needs of their students! I have met many adult dancers and parents of children taking classes, and it is clear that they feel the same way. I would strongly encourage anyone to check out the studio.

EASILY the best dance studio in Chicago! Ive been performing my whole life (Broadways wicked and lysistrata jones) and when I come through Chicago, this is the one and only place where I will take class. Ive tried all the other major studios in town and they just dont compare. Pia and the teachers at intrigue are hands-on, kind, and talented. They manage to perfectly find the balance between challenging the students and being friendly, caring instructors. My personal favorite is the hip hop class! If youre looking to better yourself as a performer with an amazing team of leaders, Intrigue is the studio for you!-jared z
