I just finished my PALS and BLS course here and had a wonderful experience. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable but PROMPT! That is, he knows that you want the essential information and skills without any unnecessary padding. The cost was much more affordable than other sites and the times were convenient. I highly recommend this place - will come back for all my future credentialing.

Hey this place was great, actually I should say excellent. I was in a bind and needed to get my BLS renewed so I could return to work as an ER nurse. This place has plenty of classes to choose from, its AHA affiliated, and it includes the hands on training portion. The class was small, the instructor super knowledgeable, pleasant manner, and took the time to answer all of my questions. If your stuck in a bind like me and needed this for work or you’re new to this class James really teaches it for all levels. I use this stuff everyday when I m at work and I still learned something new. Also, because my class was so small the class ended early which was another bonus. Also, I looked around and its one of the cheapest classes too! If you have any doubts...Dont! Signing up was quick and easy, plus you get an on-line card! I have to renew my ACLS so I will be back in a couple of months. Thanks again Chicago Heart Training!

Excellent instruction and training for BLS/ACLS/PALS. Conducive environment to learning. James is a very knowledgeable and informative instructor. Superb simulator. Convenient location with free street parking nearby.

Definitely a class that was everything beyond expectations. James was a very thorough instructor who made it his business to make sure we learned the material and understood it. I appreciate teachers like him. It was definitely worth every dollar i spent! He will be recommended to all my healthcare provider friends and family!

Excellent communication throughout the registration process prior to class and then thorough, interactive testing done at the end of the session. I’ve been BLS certified at a different location, and Chicago Heart Training is absolutely my preference.
