I recently took a CPR class and was so pleased with the experience. The course went smoothly, I learned a lot and got hands on experience practicing my skills. The review prepared me greatly for the quiz. Also, the facility was very welcoming and clean. Overall, it was a great course to take! I’m glad I picked Chicago Metro.

This location was not hard to find. The facility itself was clean and inviting. It has parking in the plaza if you are attending the class which is a definite plus. The class itself was small as we were about six people in the class. Following Covid social distancing guidelines. The instructor was informative, friendly and helpful especially when it came to the actual hands-on portion. I received my e-card within a couple of hours of completing my class. Would recommend to anyone looking to get CPR certified.

The building is well clean and the Instructor, who gives the classes is well professionally and friendly. The classes are easy and quick and the Instructor make sure you get all the necessary information you need to pass the exam. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has to get there CPR classes done.

Great training! Very easy to sign up. Quick communication. Clean learning environment. Our instructor was knowledgeable and had years of experience of working as paramedic and firefighter so you know he was teaching from years of real world experience in all sorts of high pressure situations in all sorts of environments. I feel very well prepared now! Will be back in two years!

I recently renewed my CPR certification through Chicago Metro CPR. I first completed an online course and then did a short segment of training in person with the CPR dummies. The way the online portion is set up made it easier to understand what pieces of the CPR process I was feeling insecure or unsure about, and was helpful in actually retaining the information. It also made it possible for the in person segment of the training to be short and COVID friendly without it feeling insufficient.

Chicago Metro CPR makes renewal of PALS course easy. I’m able to schedule on a weekend. Instructor reviewed some important points quickly and clearly. Finished earlier than I had planned. I highly recommend them!

What a wonderful experience! I had to take CPR and ACLS at the same time, but did not realize I could do them both on the same day, until after I have signed up for a separate CPR class.....I emailed them and they changed it for me, right away-even though it was after hours! Came here to get my ACLS certification, the place was very clean and spaced out. There was a Keurig with pods available for us and water bottles. There is a plaza next to the place that we could park in which was very convenient! My instructor was great, Edward Murphy, who really spent the time to go over anything I wasn’t comfortable with. I learned a lot in my session and left feeling very comfortable and ready to step in in an emergency!

Im so glad I found Chicago Metro CPR. The signup for the skills portion of the test was easy and convenient. It was great to be able to do it on a Sunday morning. The instructor was FANTASTIC. I will do this again in two years when it is time to renew.

Came for a BLS renewal course. Love that they had the “class” online so I could do it at home on my own time and then came in and performed the skills. There is free street parking in front. They are very clean and spacious. Coffee, water, and tea available. Clorox wipes & hand sanitizer too! The instructor was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The instructors were engaging and thorough, yet managed time efficiently. My class had 80+ people and they were able to individually assist us to ensure that we were demonstrating proper CPR technique for various populations. The video/mannequin combination learning was effective, and I now feel confident that I will be able to perform under pressure and help someone in need if I ever encounter such a situation.

The ACLS instructors were extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Because they provide simulation training and test you, its more effective for retention. They also had appropriate pacing and finished the course in a reasonable time despite having to train a large group

My university recently used this service to certify the incoming students for a masters program. The program was completed in a few hours by using videos and CPR manikins. The instructor was very helpful and made all the information very clear cut which helped us during our exam. Using the manikins (both adult and infant) was swift with the help of the instructors. Overall, I really recommend this service!

The facility is a good one with adequate equipment such as manikin, pocket mask, bag mask device and AED for practice. The content of Basic Life Support and CPR was well detailed, explained and demonstrated. Participants were given time to practised what was thought. The instructor is so friendly too.
