Class went at a good speed. Updated AHA videos are great. Instructor was very friendly, welcomed questions and helped the time go fast

I got my NA certification from this place in June 2018. The place is very well kept and clean. My instructor was Candace and I must say that she was very helpful! She was an awesome instructor. Everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend!

The class was small and safely distanced. The teacher was very thorough and energetic while providing key information to complete the course. The class was streamlined and went very well.

June, the owner, is so nice! She offered to show my husband and I CPR on infants and adults for free after we had a chocking scare with our youngest son. You can tell she is doing this to truly help people. If you are a new parent or have younger ones, I would totally recommend calling and going in to see her. The instruction was not long and we were able to bring our kids with us. The facility is also very safe and clean in regards to COVID-19. Thank you June!

June, tailored the class to not only to cater to us as medical professionals, but for those with no medical knowledge or background. She answered all questions and made the learning environment calm as well as welcoming!

This training center is FANTASTIC! I love the learning environment! The instructor was very professional and well versed in the subject knowledge! The environment was clean,well organized and comfortable! I enjoyed this experience and look forward to taking future classes!

I paid 92 bucks to watch two videos. If one misses their day for the class. You will have to pay an additional 25 bucks to reschedule. The instrutctor mimics everything off the videos. Plus you do not receive the book like other centers and what the videos states. I would strongly suggest people to take the online course because one really do not need a classroom environment for this and its cheaper.

Took a BLS Instructor Class here a few days ago and loved it! The Instructor was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and made it fun. Would definitely return for all my future training needs. Thank you Chicagos Pulse!

Avoid this Training Center at all costs. The TC has Instructors posting fraudulent classes in the Find a Course tool. Chicago Pulse completely ignored emails and submissions through their website. They will now be on probation with AHA. Avoid organization or you will be defrauded.

June and her instructors are the best. Very knowledgeable I learned alot. Highly recommend them for AHA classes.

Horrible! I took a CPR class with this TC and I have not received my card. I paid $65 for this class and I took the class in December, I have yet to receive it. No one helps you they all give you the run around it’s ridiculous
