What a great experience! A group of women from work took the 1.5 hour self-defense class and it was informative, empowering and an incredible workout! The instructor, Sue, is an all around badass...funny, engaging and you learn so much. Her assistant, Ashley, was fantastic, the facility was clean, Im thinking of taking more classes! Get out and support an awesome, family owned, local business!

My son has been going here for a year and a half and it is a great way for him to stay active and learn self discipline and self defense. If we would not be moving out of Chicago, we would still be going there. Thank you, Susan, Ashley, and Bianca for everything that you have done for my son.

Today was my daughters 2nd class and she loves it. She still needs to get alittle used to it but i love what their teaching her. The owner was the instructor today and the way she made sure my daughter was doing it correctly was awesome. This place makes my daughter want to get in shape and i love it. Staff is amazing and answers all questions!

I have played team and individual sports my entire life. I have joined various gyms and have tried many exercise programs over the years. I have never felt more satisfied after my work out as I do after I finish one of many different classes they offer. The instructors are highly certified and professional. All of the students are friendly and supportive. But most importantly, I am learning skills that will help me in protecting myself and especially my family. Until you try it, you don’t know what you are missing.

This place is fantastic! The workouts are amazing and you learn technical skills that can help you defend yourself in a situation you could easily find yourself in walking down the street. The instructors really know what theyre doing and are so friendly and kind.

I remember I tried a free trial class as a New Years resolution. The next day I called and wanted to sign up for a year. I look forward to going to class each time I go and I feel like I learn something new every time. The instructors are highly certified (check out the website) and they want you to succeed. I am training here for 2 years, and i will keep coming because of the quality of training i get here. Their strongest advantage are the people who train there, they are professional, they know how to do it, and they like what they do.Coaches are constantly improving in order to get more to us, the students. They constantly bring professionals in martial arts for seminars, so we can get something else from them too. The only missing thing yet in my opinion is the lack of showers, but they overweight this with their professionalism and level of training.Also i like that you pay a flat monthly fee and you can come and get as many lessons as you want, there are classes for boxing, BJJ, Kali, weapons defense, KO bag, strength and conditioning, so there are lots of them, and you can go to as many as you want for that flat fee.Its a real hands on experience.If you want the skills of self defense than this is the place to for it.

I can definitely say joining this amazing Krav Maga family was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. The instructors are so patient and knowledgeable . Evelyn, Sue, Jesse and Larry. They all rule. I always leave class with new lifesaving tools. Oh! And the body transformation , thats another story. 💪💪😆Cant believe 6 months have passed since joining and cant wait to see what the future holds. Absolutely fantastic facilities, instructors, and fellow students. All instructors are very friendly and have the best of credentials and experience. The extensive amount of equipment is kept in great condition and very clean. All work area floors are well padded, and a full size boxing ring is available on the second floor. A great selection of martial arts is available, including Krav Maga, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai. All genders and age groups are well represented. The training is very practical and realistic. I’ve been going three times a week since 2013, and the staff and students have become like family. I’m in my mid-forties, and I’ve never felt fitter or better equipped to handle myself in physical confrontation. Give this school a try like I did; you won’t regret it!

Im not your typical gym person... run on a treadmill, stairclimber none of that.When I found this place a little over a year ago I figured I would give it a shot. Looked like fun, different and close to home.After my first class I knew that this was the place for me.The instructors are smart, caring and love what they do.They all share one goal. They want you to succeed. Whether it be in bjj, krav, boxing or strength conditioning you cant go wrong.You are always learning. Always being challenged.YOU WILL NEVER BE BORED.This is the place. Ive trained my body alot of the years, including BJJ. The reason i love Krav Chicago, is beacuse of the intensity, the low-risk of injury, the explosiveness, the results Ive experienced over a short period of time, the instructors, and the clean facility. Come check out a class!
