My sons have been going to bright smiles daycare for a little over a year. They have improved in so much from infants to toddlers. Talking better, using the bathroom on they on, feeding themselves, and a ton of other things. Field trips are once a week. Major holidays they have something for the families to come and see they little ones preform and a ton of other activities for the kids to keep them having a good time during daycare/ early childhood education. I love them and they team.

I have been apart of the bright smiles family for about 14 years now. I first met Rami when my son was 7 months old and there was an instant feel of relief. My son is now 15. Since then both of my daughters, 1 year old and 5 years old, now attend the daycare and preschool center. The staff in both locations are absolutely wonderful and respectful of the parents and children’s needs. There is constant communication about my children’s strength and areas that may need work. I never have to worry when they are in Bright Smiles care. There are nutritious meals everyday for breakfast and lunch, and healthy snacks. They even assist with growing some of the vegetables that they eat which is very educational and something they can incorporate at home and throughout their lives. Bright Smiles is hands down one of the best daycare centers around. I have never had to worry about my children’s safety. Doors are locked at all times and there is a secure check -in/out system. If you are like me and have to work out of your home and rely on daycare, you will not find a better place to leave your child. Trust me, they will be in good hands!

You wont find a better place for your babies on the south side! The owner is truly gifted at what she does and makes sure that the kids have a great experience - both educational and enjoyable. They have been around forever (unlike some of these sketchy places) and I have referred many friends who all agree that the care they give at Bright smiles is exceptional. They are definitely doing something right at Bright Smiles! :-)

Bright Smiles is one of the few day cares I would entrust to care for my child. My daughter is turning 6 and she’s been going to Bright Smiles since she was 3.. The staff is always very professional and welcoming and the facility is always clean and pleasant. They serve nutritious meals and snacks which is a plus for me as I’m always on a hurry in the morning. I feel very comfortable leaving my daughter in the care of the staff here and if any issues should arise I know I can address them without feeling my child will be mistreated as a form of retaliation..This place is conveniently in route to work for me as well and the owner Ms Rami always made me feel like I was leaving my kid with family. My daughter even attends in the summer and I’m extremely grateful they always make a spot for her so with that said thanks Bright Smiles for making my days easier and caring for mines when I’m unable to

Ms. Ramie always goes above and beyond to help out parents. Her staff is loving and knowledgeable. I would and have recommended her daycare to everyone I know that needs daycare! Best by far!

I have known the owner of Bright Smiles Daycare for over 20yrs. Ms. Brown has always been exceptional in whatever she does, which does not surprise me that her daycares are ran the same way. The way she takes her time to cater to the individual needs of each child and parent, shows that they matter. She also caters to her employees, making us feel the warmth of her spirit. Her daycares provide a safe haven and new adventures for every child that comes through those doors. I believe Bright Smiles Daycare even calms the nerves of first time moms and thats hard to do. Whether you are looking for a commercial center or something more intimate as a licensed daycare home, needless to say Bright Smiles Daycare can accommodate all of your childcare needs.

Bright Smiles has provided amazing care and educational opportunities for my children. My boys have grown tremendously and learned so much to prepare them for kindergarten.

I worked at Bright Smiles Daycare for about a year and a half. I loved Ms. Rami and the rest of the staff. I loved the parents and the kids. We went outside with the children and let them play on the playground all while teaching them. The kids enjoyed circle time and reading time. They enjoyed tumbling. My co teachers were awesome too. We worked as a team during my entire time there. Ms. Rami was awesome. She would come over and spend the time with kids to ensure she knew all their names. I enjoyed working for Bright Smiles Daycare and when I have kids, I will send there for sure.

An amazing facility! Rami Brown and her team does an exceptional job and caring for my child needs! I highly recommend this place!

BSDC is a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere is very child friendly. My children loved being there. The staff is great. I can’t say enough. Great Job Ms. Rami!

As my daughter prepares to enter 4th grade, I know that she was prepared for success socially and educationally in large part thanks to Rami Brown and the Bright Smiles Staff. Nutrition, education, exercise, field trips and social emotional learning are all part of the program!! No nonsense and professional owner with outstanding skills and vision.

Amazing place for a child to start their journey to learning. My nephew thrived this year in his kindergarten class after being with Ms. Rami and her staff since the ripe old age of 6 months.

When my son first started Bright Smiles Daycare, it was a breath of fresh air as a new mom. I was a nervous wreck and didnt want to leave my baby but Rami and her staff got me right together lol. They let me know that my son was in good hands and everything would be fine. The curriculum is Great. My son was writing his full name and speaking Spanish at an early 3yrs old. I recommend any of the 3 faciliities to any new mom out there......They Are Wonderful!!

Bright Smiles Day Care is very amazing and the curriculum is wonderful. When the children leave they are well prepared for school.

I have to say that this is one amazing daycare! Rami(the owner) is very gifted in her field of expertise! Im always a little on edge with home daycares, but placing my child here has definitely taken those fears away. My son has been attending since he was 9 months old; which now he is 5 headed into Kindergarten so this is not just a daycare for him this is his second home. Rami and all of her staff are great. My child is ready to take on his first year in grade school thanks to the wonderful curriculum and activities she plans for the children. The daycare provides activities anywhere from Tumbling to taking biweekly trips to the science lab! So cool! I love how the teachers plan age appropriate activities as well as the cutest plays around Christmas and other holidays. One thing that I find important while my son attends BSDC is that she has a board certified dentist come in every 6 months or so to make sure the kids are healthy and have clean teeth. As a mom of three that is a huge help with my busy schedule. Its shows love for what she does beyond basic care. I appreciate that because you wont find that anywhere else. The summers at her daycare are awesome! The kids go on tons of field trips and remain active which is beneficial to my sons development! Oh I forgot to mention that all of the meals are Organic! What a triple WIN! I couldnt have asked for a better provider for my son so that I am able to go to work. Thank you Rami and your entire staff. You guys have out did yourselves and have given me peace in entrusting you with my most prized possession!

My daughter has attended Bright smiles daycare for a total of 6 weeks and as of today, this will be her last day, In my opinion I haven’t had the best experience with the owner and I don’t want to leave my daughter somewhere that i don’t feel 100% comfortable with. The assistants/teachers I have met all seem awesome but the owner, not so much... Her demeanor after having my child enrolled for a few weeks has become very unsettling. I made the decision to enroll my daughter after speaking with a few others I personally know that have had their children enrolled, and after meeting with her and seeing her home daycare facility it seemed like an OK decision-initially.However today was a little different, after picking my daughter up today I asked how she did and was told she does cry a lot which to me should be expected because she hasn’t been to any daycare at all and I did have to keep her home on a couple of occasions( for a week each time because she caught a bad cold on the second week of being enrolled, and a virus on the fourth week) so maybe she’s still getting adjusted.. however after picking her up today I stated to her teacher Ms. Ashley that I would be bringing her tomorrow at 7 because I have to be to work a little earlier, 8am, the teacher/ assistant Ms Ashley said ok and Rami (the owner) abruptly yelled from the bathroom in a very rude nasty tone PLEASE DO NOT BRING HER AT 7am that is going to be an issue for me, I think my face must have said EXCUSE ME because she then stated very quickly if you bring her at that time then u need to make sure you are here to get her at 5 O CLOCK!! i then stated I usually always pick her up at 5 sometimes even before then..she then stated well I’m just letting you know what the policy is! I said ok that’s not a problem, I was very surprised with her comment and how she said everything, it was the tone and manner/ body language that rubbed me the wrong way.. it was very unsettling and made me feel as though my child was a problem for her.. Ive never picked my daughter up late from her home not even ONE time I usually drop her off around 9:15-30 and pick her up around 4:30-5pm.. so why would she state in such a nasty tone that it would be an issue for her if she came at the opening time and to please be sure to come get her at 5... the daycare hours are listed online as 7am-6pm it just made me feel as though my child was not welcomed and also made me question the type of care my child was receiving-FROM HER. I even have pictures of text messages from Ms Rami showing her making up/ or informing me of the policies as we went along, Ultimately I honestly feel like this owner is not equipped to run her own daycare, if I remember the date correctly it was my daughters 3rd day attending and as I dropped her off at about 8:45am ,Rami was freaking out, pacing back and forth in her..review contd on yelp

I was just here as a teacher I had to leave early I was alone with 13 two year old out of ratio. If you check the cameras the children are left alone while napping a teacher should be with them at all times
