A friend highly recommended Dympna Fay-Hart when we put my deceased fathers house up for sale and I couldnt agree more. I would never buy a home or deal with Dympna ever again. This agent has been nothing but untrustworthy since our home was under contract. She lied many times, has been extremely unhelpful and very snippy when questioned about anything. All I can say is it only seems like it is for the sale and nothing else. I would never trust a company she would recommend by her business partner named John Fleming either. Many of her top reviews are from friends, family or people that have worked for her too. Make sure you do your homework before dealing with this realtor or anyone in their office. Inmy response to her response she did not represent me but did sell me a house in Park Ridge. I would never have someone as misrepresenting as Dympna represent me.
