I worked there about 20yrs ago. It was a nice job. They liked me.

This company is the absolute worst it took them 3 hours to take my son to the wrong address and then when I call them to ask for an explanation they have the audacity to get mad. I ask them for the address of the location because I want to talk to them in person because this isnt the 1st time weve had issues all things considered my son is barely started going to the school so this bus company still is new with him and the screw things up all the time. Then when they can find my sons address they rely on asking my son a three-year-old boy who is non vocal where he lives. Sooo furious

Horrible company that didn’t even have the decency to call parents to inform them that the bus will be over 45 minutes late. Really? It is freezing today, it feels like -6 and they think it’s ok for kids to wait in the cold for a bus that is NOT even on its way. They lady I spoke to on the phone didn’t even understand why they should have to notify parents about an OVER 45 minute delay in this weather

First day of school today bus driver drove past my house me and my son had to flag her down.

The driver of school bus #27, license plate # 65943SB needs retraining. At 3:48pm, this bus was headed east on 83rd street, made a right turn at 83rd into southbound traffic on Ashland ave. Then begun to cut off cars by jumping in front of them changing lanes. There were students on board this school bus. Very bad driving, very haphazard driving. This guy should not be driving children especially.

Bus #32 is driving in passing lane (left lane) on I-55 southbound in violation of Illinois law and driving slowly again in a designated passing lane on September 10, 2019 at 6:25am.
