Wonderful company! Don’t know what that lady is talking about because i know the company well and they’ve always been excellent with great service!

The manager, Denon, is unprofessional and hung up on me several times. When we were actually speaking, he was yelling, cutting me off and being unbelievably rude. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worse enemy. Have recording of conversation. Tryimg to figure out how to post so that you can hear for yourself.

My grand daughters never got picked up from where they said the bus would be, then when I called the company to find out where the exact location for pick up after giving Mr Thomas the address he still couldnt tell me, the time the driver was coming, then if the bus that came was the bus, the driver only hit the brakes and kept going, so I called the company back and Mr Thomas asked me did I c the bus, I asked him what time will the bus arrive in the morning to pick up kids he could not tell me, he said to ask the driver, how can I ask the driver for when he hasnt been where he should in 3 days then the driver drops kids off where he wants to Sadies is very unprofessional and leaves kids standing on the corner this is me and my granddaughter S experience
