My BusBank experience for my wedding day transportation was so easy and everything turned out amazing. From the initial email to Scott Hood and all the emails and phone calls afterwards everything was easy to organize and talk through. Then the day of worked out seamlessly and no issues were brought to my attention. Everything worked out perfectly and no one had to drive if they didnt want to. I felt so blessed that we had a responsible driver to get all of our family and friends to and from our wedding. THANK YOU!

The person I worked with was Scott and he was very helpful. I asked about 50+ questions and he was very quick to respond. Trying to plan a trip with over 30 people was not easy but he was able to give me quick and clear responses to the questions I had. My group ended up renting one of the school buses for the trip with a shuttle type itinerary for a show we attended in DC. Not only was that doable but the bus driver was on time and even early for both shuttles. If you know anything about DC, traffic is ridiculous at times.The bus driver we had was really cool, easy going and very friendly. He gave me his number and contacted me when he arrived back for the second shuttle. We were a little late coming out of our house but he had absolutely no issue with waiting for us. He allowed us to play the music we wanted and was talkative to us. Lastly, he waited right around the corner from the venue and gave me a call when he arrived to let us know where he was.Overall, this was a great experience and if I have to book again, i will definitely be using BusBank again. Thanks again for the amazing and perfectly planned out night!

OH MY GOD!!! the BusBank saved me when US COACHWAYS left me without a bus. I had 1 1/2 days left before our trip to Foxwoods Casino-39 clients. BusBank saved the day!!!! The staff was even able to get us vouchers for the casino. The driver arrived on time - was courteous friendly and drove us safely. This company and the staff were so comforting and reassuring-they came through and deliver. If you looking for a bus company-this is it!!!

My company was planning on using The BusBank to take us to the Atlanta Hawks basketball game when a winter storm hit! The roads were icy and the Mayor declared some counties to be in a state of emergency. With everyones safety in mind we had to cancel our much anticipated event. What lighted my spirits was how accommodating our BusBank rep, Tony, was to ensure our satisfaction!We ended up needing a smaller bus to take us to dinner the next night and our driver, Bud, was punctual, professional, and very personable!We definitely plan to use BusBank again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Scott from BusBank for our sorority formal. Scott was extremely accommodating and did everything he could to make the experience easy and convenient. My emails were responded to immediately and any and all questions were answered without hesitation.It did take a little while for approval for funding for our group, however Scott was very patient and walked me through the entire process which is ultimately why we ended up booking.During the event I contacted Scott to confirm the location of the busses (due to heavy traffic in the area), even though it was very late his time, he worked hard and had an answer from both drivers within 10 minutes.I will definitely be contacting BusBank again for our next big event!

We hired BusBank in St Louis for a 60th birthday party event. The bus was very clean and the driver was professional and courteous. The bus arrived promptly for the pick-up and stay at the venue until departure.

I contacted BusBank 2 days before a huge event after I had another bus company cancel on me; I needed 8 buses and had 2 days to find them. I expressed my panic and my urgent need for buses, and the service I got back was INCREDIBLE. The man I spoke with, Scott, said hed stay after hours to find buses for my event and did everything in his power to get them. I talked to 6 other bus companies who all said they were booked prior to talking to BusBank, and within an hour of calling BusBank I had 8 buses booked for my event. The service was absolutely fantastic, the buses showed up early and all of the drivers were so kind. Everything happened according to plan, and I couldnt have been more pleased with the turn out! Use BusBank and you will not regret it!!

Busses were a little late and at the wrong location so I physically had to find them and lead them to the correct location, but the drivers were amazing, and bus bank gave us an amazing price and amazing customer service

The busses dont look like the picture plus they got late to pickup and they didnt have disel so we have to stop to get diesel

We spent so much money on a horrible experience !!Im writing for the 53 people that were on the bus. First hot day in April- 53 people- no air conditioning the entire trip . The guy in the back almost passed out. There was a hole in the back of the bus and in the bathroom .Seriously ????? 2 holes ? What is that?No music , meaning no working speakers.Never again
