Hi .when ever I go to this store it’s only to go to the printing shop.I love the guy name Tony .very helpful understanding and patient with you .I mean he take his time to help you and make sure you are satisfied with all your orders .if he’s not there I will come back .I drive about 20 mins to that located and it’s one closer to me .but poor customer service. If am in there and someone else is working with him .I will still wait on him and sometimes he could have few people waiting for him .Tony should have employee of the month .cause he’s the best .

I went in on 02.09.2021 and was helped by Horacio. At checkout, Miguel was very helpful in ensuring that I found everything that I needed.The manager, Carlos, then reached out to me when he heard I was a teacher. He was very helpful in guiding me through how to place orders for my classroom and my students. He also ensured me that I would receive help from the workers Dago and Sean along with Miguel and Horacio. Would definitely return to this store.

Self printing is quick and convenient. An older gentleman that works in the print service area is extremely rude when you ask him to break down unknown charges

This location wouldnt allow me to return my desk chair when I had a receipt and the Deerfield store said I could return them. Made me drive an hour to Deerfield since they said they wouldnt accept it here. Just go to the Deerfield location, theyre much friendlier and competent.

They sell open ink cartridges and want to pass it up as you were the one that used it and even when you show them the things that came with the printer they still want to be rude about it when you let them know what was wrong with it like it’s the customers fault that they couldn’t check before placing the the things up for an online order

Very unprofessional. All the computer techs have no knowledge of the printer functions. Denied me help multiple times in the store, and also was very rude and careless. I will not go to this location again you shouldnt either.

The gentleman who helped us out was very knowledgeable about computers - even more so than the multiple people we spoke with at Best Buy! Unfortunately, they didn’t have the laptop my husband was looking for, but his help was very much appreciated! I’ve always experienced great customer service at this location.

The place was out of stock in many items. I wanted an out of stock item and the manager wouldn’t substitute a similar item. Not worth your time. Go some place that is well stocked.

I have been to location twice and both experiences were not good... first time I order online to pick up in an hour when I got there the guy acted like he couldn’t find my order kept asking me what was in my order instead the order number I told him the order had several items in them he then said we don’t have it after I showed him the confirmation he some how suddenly found my order.. second time I came the store had many items in the wrong spot when I got to the register I told them it’s no reason for this store be like this because it’s empty. It’s hard to shop when u picking up stuff thinking it’s one price and it’s in the wrong spot. They didn’t offer to give it to me for that price.. the guy at the register didn’t even acknowledge or apologize. Also the store seems very uninviting. I will not come back to this location.

The guy at the copy center welcomed me right away. I told him my need and he was able to solved it without any issue. He was there to support and to make me happy customer. By the way, I found that they accept your work in advance for you to just pick that up instead of waiting there u til the job is done. I have to cross all the city to go there but I do not care I will drive again for that type of service.

Not happy with this location. I dropped of ink cartridges and was supposed to receive a credit on my account. They sure were happy to take them but never provided the credit. Now they are telling me I should have received a receipt from the store (which I never did). So, I have to again contact someone within the company to find the receipt to have it then added to my account. Not worth the trouble - shame on this Office Max!

An employee greeted me as I walked into the door. I headed to the back of the building in search of pen ink refills. There were at least 5 employees on the floor. No one came to ask how I was doing at any point. I took a selection of cartridges to the front with questions. The store manager was snippy and unhelpful. I went back to the ink section in attempt to figure out my questions. I found 2 products I wanted to buy. Back to the front again. I was being helped by a young man who, in the middle of answering a question I had about the products I wanted to buy, stopped helping me and began to help another lady who had just walked through the door! I dont mean quickly ringing her up either. I mean that he started doing an inventory search for her, rang her up, went to the printer section to show her something. I left after waiting 10 minutes for the lady to be helped without making a purchase. The products I wanted to buy can easily be found on Amazon.

This place is very accommodating. I print from there, I have my artwork matted, and I can email my concerns there and its printed upon my arrival sh=o that I dont have to wait. I appreciate being greeted by my first name. Its like Im a part of the family.

We accidentally walked into the store after they closed. We say accidentally because the staff never mentioned it, or pressed us while we shopped for school supplies. Mind you we had an extensive list for both of our kids. Instead the staff assisted us and provided superb customer service. Forty minutes later we got to the register the lady called her manager to bring money to the register, We found out they had closed the entire time. Thank you for keeping your doors open and going above and beyond to help us go school shopping. They had everything on both our kids list!

This location wouldnt let me produce artwork that was protected under the Fair Use doctrine, effectively limiting my freedom of speech. Very clear the team is trying to adhere to legal guidelines that they dont understand.

Both self-service printers would not allow me to use Google Drive to print something. Pretty awful experience.

I was greeted quickly and asked if I needed assistance which was nice...unfortunately, seeing a price of $14-$17 for an ADDRESS BOOK was a huge turn off......

Its a good store to get your supplies but the gentlemen are not that friendly and welcoming. They are also not that organized. one time I had to wait about 15 minutes for the cashier to ring up my supplies for its correct price because they didnt know if they were on sale or not but I clearly did because it was on the weekly ad.

Good location, if have no time to order and wait online, it good place to stop and get it on a spot

Copy center made a mistake on my lamination. They have me the whole thing for free. It was probably 50 dollars I wouldve paid. Thats great service.

Right now I leave the OfficeMax. I printed and laminated paper...and they charge me 1$ for cut a 2 piece of paper on the half?! Now i see why this officemax is empty with customers. Bye officemax... Ill never again spend no one dollar on you.

I got the wireless gateway I needed for just about the same price I saw on Amazon. The gateways available at Best Buy next door were way out of my price range.

I was hunting for a new printer all over that area of Chicago. I stopped into office depot, staples, and tiger direct before heading to Office Max. While we were looking at printers, Dug came over to help us, and he was fantastic. He was friendly, and had a wide knowledge of the printers they had in stock. The rest of the staff was friendly there as well.

Very nice employees always helpful easy to find things always have a sale

The area is great for getting several things done as there is lots of shopping in this area. The employees are nice and the service is good, only twice have I had issues with service and they werent that bad it just seems to be every once and a while.

Good and friendly people ready to help you if you need something or have a question

Not much to say about this place; it is just your basic OfficeMax. Its big and clean, Ive never seen it crowded, and there is plenty of parking.

Its a big place they have everything that I need at a reasonable price.

If there was a no star option I would have used it. DO NOT GET ANYTHING LAMINATED FROM THIS LOCATION... They messed up every single drawing I had done and did not warn me that that could happen and that once it is done it cannot be redone cause it will ruin the artwork even more.

I am sad to write this because the guy who helped me was sooo nice. But these are the worst scans ever. This is the first time Ive had decent service at office max but the scans of my illustrations are awful. Ive done a lot of editing of my own pictures on photoshop and the scans my husband takes at school are a million times better. It costs $0.25 a scan, they should be great. I cant even work with them, Ill have to rescan them. And its not the picture itself, its when you zoom in its like it didnt fully scan the lines. And the formatting is all screwed up.

10/10 would aimlessly walk around looking at office products needlessly. This place has the best selection hands down.

I called twice to check about a certain padfolio and if it could fit a standard A4 size paper. The representative on the phone was very assuming and not helpful at all. I would not recommend this location based on the horrible customer service.

Horrible service. I could not find an item. I asked an employee on the counter and he answered with an attitude and not looking at me, its over there. I had a few items in my hand to purchase, so i decided to leave them behind and just walkout of the store and not spend a penny.

This is my local OfficeMax that I use for buying any office supplies. Ive never had any issues with staff or the items. Ive not used their print or scan center so I cant comment on that though.

The exterior of the building look old and could use some new paint to freshen up the look.Parking lot needs some work, there are areas of ponding waterI did not go inside the building as I had no needs to go inside. I purchase all of my office products from online retailers

The place was clean. There were only 3 people n line including myself but it took the cashier 15 minutes 2 ring me up.

Stopped in for some print services. It took longer than I thought it would as i was told a couple of machines were broken and could I come back later. When I went back to pick up the small order, all employees were huddled in the back chatting while a growing line of customers waited at the counter. No wonder stores are closing.
