The training and the quiz was very informative. I learn a lot that I didnt know about doing security. The instructor was very patient and helpful in guiding me through the process. The quizzes were easy as long as you stayed focused . I was able to rewind. I caught whatever I thought I missed. All together I made 45 out 50 with only taking the test 1 time, when they give you 2 chances to pass before  you have to pay again. I would highly recommend Security Guard College to anyone interested in becoming a Security guard.

Video training was clear, organization skills need improvement for issuing of certifications not received promptly after course completion, requested my certification for 3 business days, administrator was very unprofessional in submitting the certification of course completion to the student through the email procedure, updated transmittals for course completion certificates needs improvement . Certificates should be transmitted immediately to student after completing exam.

Honestly had a really good experience working with Jim and going through the courses. Ran into a bit of a snag with the registration, but Jim found a way around it and I was able to fully enroll and got started right away!

Could use an update with the videos they are as old as me but good program however they hold your certificates hostage till you review them on google liked every other part besides this

So, for those of you who are not aware. This program is run by 2 people. 1 of which is very rude. The other I never spoke to. This program has to be the oldest class Ive ever had to go through. The videos in the course have to be from the 70s at the very least. I understand some things never change but for a state certification you would think it would be more up to date. I myself was forced to use this program because thats what my company has people use to get the PERC card. The course was extremely easy. I barely watched any of the videos and got 1 question wrong on all the quizes. And on the final I missed 4 questions. Passed the course with flying colors. I will also mention a previous co-worker of mine had told me before I completed the course that if you do not give them their 5 star review. They will hold your certifications hostage. Come to find out that was true after he provided proof from emails with the person who primarily runs the program. This was originally a 5 star review so I could get my certificates without a problem. But Ive now changed it. Some of you may be wondering how I passed the course so easily without completely studying the videos? Very simple, a lot of it was common sense. Ive also been involved with security work for about 4-5 years before I was made to get a PERC card. Ive also been involved with real law enforcement for 5-6 years and have an education in criminal justice. I was told that when you complete the course after giving the 5 star review, you leave with 6 additional certifications ontop of the PERC card. Making 7 certifications for you to have. Well I read through the provided paperwork after completion. I never saw 6 additional certifications in anything. Just my PERC certificate and certificate to prove I completed the course. Guess my point is this is not a program I want to go through ever again. Best of luck to you all.
