Just finished my first day at victory lap and I must say I am impressed! I did not think I would learn this much in only one day and I am already feeling more confident about pursuing a career in sales. Every one of the staff members is exceptional, with real life experience and education! I am excited to complete the program and see what opportunities are to come in the future.

It is all true.I can stand behind all of the positive reviews. Im so fortunate to have been accepted into this program and better understand my potential. I made a career pivot and was initially unsure if sales was for me. Everyone in your cohort is in the same boat, which makes the process less intimidating. There are so many success stories coming from almost 30 cohorts at this point!You can tell that everyone at Victory Lap genuinely wants you to succeed. A special shout out to Kevin who provided one-on-one support every step of the way through interviews and beyond. He should also add therapist to his resume as he helped me through some difficult and important decisions!

I had a very bad experience with Victory Lap. I attended the 1 week cohort but they did not follow up with me after that. The networking event at the end of the cohort is also futile and very badly organized, most of the companies that they promise you to show up, never do. There are much better recruiting agencies out there that do not take 1 week of your job search time and helped me get placed in a timely manner.

Great sales training camp! The Victory Lap team does a great job teaching the right skills and landing you the right career in sales.

I am very disappointed about the way Victory lap dealt with me. I was referred by SAP employee that she told me Victory lap is a company for sales training and placement and one of her friends came from different industry and he got the training and got placed as well. the company has two programs, one is placement program for experienced people and the other one for people which has no sales experience. I met victory lap and I had 3 interviews in person and they said will get back to you soon. They did not accept me by saying they don’t have any sales position matching my experience while they have a program for people even with no sales experience which makes no sense to me and that’s very obvious in the reviews. Then they said you are welcomed to attend our training and when I asked when the next training patch will start to join them they called by “the phone” and said its full or something else, I asked them if I can have a resume revision they said its not free service and since that time no response form their side about resume revision fees!!!

Everything about Victory Lap is top notch — the sales training, interview preparation, employer network as well as the people behind it all. I wouldn’t be where I’m at in my career without them. Thank you!
