Family Dollar was in great shape when I arrived on Saturday. The were clear and shelves straightened. The cashiers were friendly.

Just left from the Family Dollar and just re-located downtown they have several different tan pants they’re all marked a dollar and their employees keep saying that we can’t get it for a dollar because customers put them in a row spot but all the label says a dollar and they’re in a box full of champions that’s a display box and the label on the box it clearly says one dollar poor management please get new management ASAP if the item is in several places and it’s marked a dollar. It’s actually in a display set up in several areas of the store and it indicates a dollar why do I have to pay three dollars for a tan pants and it’s in several places, MARKED. Too cluttered, ghetto staff theres an employee thats always got an attitude every time I go there shes arguing with a customer telling them she has a son for them...sickening..

Security guard was turning away customers for not wearing masks... however every employee wore their masks on their chin with their mouths and noses exposed.Most customers followed that example.Their safety measures are lip service only. Be consistent and understand why these rules are in place or dont enforce them at all.

This place is okay because its in the Community, some of the prices are good. Probably most are good. But the better deals and better stock better colors and More of an Variety of Everything is in the Suburbs. The stores in the Inner City is Treated, any or Represented like a Piece of _hit!.Its like You have a Favorite Child or Children. And Clearly the Inner City Stores are NOT. Its like the bottom of the barrel for Our Community Stores.I wish that part could change.....

This place is useless. Had a large purchase, literally a basket full of products. Asked about the price of an outdoor chair, cashier said he didnt know. Said I might like to purchase it if I knew how much it was since it wasnt labeled, he said well I dont know. Then his buddy runs up to the register and even though I had money out ready to cash out he let his friend jump in front of me to cash out. I finally get to cash out and he gets to a pair of socks and tells me he cant scan them. I look at him waiting to say hell go and check the price and continue the purchase and he just looks at me and tells me he cant scan them so he cant sell them. Meanwhile it isnt like there is some big line behind me or he is doing ANYTHING else but standing there. After just sitting there for a minute I tell him not to worry about it I can find my purchases somewhere else and leave. So what do they do with the hundreds of things in there that arent labeled or cant be scanned if they cant sell them? Throw them away?

The Place is better than other types of stores this location always friendly and fun , but mostly helpful

This store is an anchor of the community. The staff are always nice and they are the only affordable place with good parking in this area. Especially since Kroger on Vine is closing and moving downtown.

Best place to shop.I always get everything i want.Prices are also very decent and there is good parking area also.So no issues regarding parking.

Employees are RUDE. I understand you are at work. I understand you dont want to be there. I work in customer service... You dont have to smile if you are having a bad day.. it happens but every employee is considerably rude. The store is hardly ever well stocked and its a constant state is disarray.

The service is perfect but this place need to get a better product management I mean the customers put product everywhere.respecting yourself mean first respect the place you go to buy what you need.

They finally have an armed guard at this location.... but... the store is still a hot mess... and filthy... watch out you might have something fall on you.....

Couldnt give zero stars or I would. This is a ghetto store. Shelves empty with product in boxes blocking isles. People are nasty and so is the store. Owner needs to shut down and start over.

It was a pretty good morning at Family Dollar was well stocked better than usual actually had everything I was looking for

I understand the environment the store is in has them on edge but why be so rude... 2 different staff members treated me disrespectful....

This dollar store on the outskirts of town has helpful, friendly staff, but the store can be picked over and the aisles blocked with shipments. Get past that and youll find some great bargains in the housewares and decorative sections that can brighten up your table or apartment cheaper than an issue of House and Garden.

Excellent service and selection

Here I am 8:21am on 12/26 and I see the store isnt open yet and there is someone walking around the store talking on the phone. I just wanted to run in and get some personal hygiene products. Theyre supposed to be open @8 but clearly that isnt happening

This Family Dollar is so so so nasty. Clothes. and products all on the floor. Floor is dirty. The outside of the store has garbage everywhere. A Cashier was rude to one of the customer today..The need to get their act in order.

3/2/2020 and 3/9/2020 I visited this location during business hours and the store was closed with no explanation of why and the phone number listed for this location does not get answered.

Staff is rude , illiterate and unprofessional , I was threatened by the employee , because I wouldnt leave my bag behind their counter .Well Im not leaving my bag with a store staff that has to threaten me over not giving them MY property and you wouldnt either , if you saw how ghetto and hateful they are. Im supposed to trust them ?? I dont think so !!..also the girl checking me out was so busy talking to another person shopping ,that she charged me twice for something and foegot to bag all of my items ,which i did not go back for ..

To compact hard to find stuff, plus staff doesnt even know much.
