In a desperate attempt to save my daughters science fair project, we ordered an item from Geyer. We were on a time crunch and I was hoping the item arrived within the 1-5 days shipping window. When there was no update on the progress of this item 2 days after order, I contacted Geyer via email. I had an email back within minutes! They informed me that the item I ordered was being shipped directly from the manufacturer and offered to reach out to them for me. Within a few hours, they got back to me as promised, letting me know the item had shipped and would be to my door within just three business days after order. A back and forth via email sometimes takes days with other companies and customer service doesn’t happen like this very often. When it does, it’s much appreciated. Brett at Geyer was very polite and accommodating!
