My son had a great driving instructor in this driving school. He explained him some useful things and was very friendly. We were scheduled in short time and finished our driving practice in 3 weeks. And the best part - my son passed his driving test in BMV with one attempt!!!

While I did gain some knowledge from this online course, it was not necessary and expensive. I was told that if youre below the age of 19 (was 18 at the time I enrolled) that I needed to do driving school which wasnt the case at all. Even if I needed to I shouldve just gotten the premium on drivingtests.com since its cheaper to pay $70 rather than $400 for something that was copy and pasted and grammatically incorrect as well as ill written and constructed.

My experience was really good- most of these comments dont even seem like the same place thats crazy.. ANYWAYS I took the online course, it was simple and easy to follow along. when i went to do my 8 hours in car with my driving instructor she was EXTREMELY nice and chill, she corrected me when i was wrong and helped explain things in a different way if i didnt understand something. As a person who gets really anxious around new people i was glad that i felt no judgment from my instructor because she made it clear she is there to help me and i appreciated that a lot, and she gave me extra confidence. Even the receptionist was really nice. They also disinfected the car and everything right in front of me, i felt extra safe not only because they were patient, but they took the extra steps to help stop the spread of covid (wearing masks, wiping things down and all that) My entire experience here was really good and im bringing my cousins here to get their schooling!!

I would not recommend this driving school. Horrible customer service, driving instructors were always late or no show, classes were canceled with no refund, etc. Just an overall bad experience

I didn’t have a good experience with this driving school. They make a lot of promises and tell you whatever you wanna hear until they receive your money then you see the real KMR driving school. My driving instructor was late and very lazy and showed up smelling like alcohol. They aren’t good instructors they only know one method yell at the person attempting to learn how to drive until you understand. If I could I would give them zero stars and two thumbs down. 0/10 would not recommend. I would suggest any other driving school on the planet before I recommend anybody give them another dollar !

I wouldnt recommend this as a choice for driving school. Its very hard to reach anyone when you call. Also I realize cheaper isnt better because my child still hasnt had a driving course, but people who started in class months after him are scheduled to drive because they know someone on the inside. I give this place a thumbs down

Doing driving school through KMR was an overall terrible experience. It seems they do not know what they are doing. After finally getting scheduled for the class we met and i expected an experience similar to school seeing how its driving School. I was very wrong and very disappointed. Everyday I went I sat in their backroom watching videos for 4 hours. She cared so little about what was going on in that classroom that the students were put in charge of what video was to be played next while she sat in her office doing god knows what. When she was actually in the room we were nearly supervised. After a 4 hour class of watching videos we were given homework that would be collected the next day. The next day we returned with our completed worksheet packets and we went over them as a class. She cared so little that she had us go over them as a group while she yet again ran into her office. After waiting a total of 5 months to be scheduled for in-car classes. Yes, 5 months, an absurd amount of time to wait. I finally completed all 8 hours and went in to get the paperwork that I did all the hours, it wasnt even started. I was told by the driving instructor that it would be ready Monday, went in Tuesday and she hadnt even started. Another issue with the paperwork is we think they also lost some. We were asked to sign a document that we were sure we had already signed 6 months ago.Overall, I would have given it 0 stars if possible, NOT RECOMMENDED!!! The only positive was the actual driver instructor, Mr. Gilmore. Great guy and excellent teacher.

Not a happy customer! This company is not transparent about their services and what all that there actually doing with our kids in their classroom nor on the road. I was overcharged for the quality that we received! My daughters level of drivers ed was not enough of the right type of driving in order to successfully pass her drivers test. My daughter can drive well going forward; I chose to enroll her in the in classroom classes so that she could really benefit from real life questions and situations on the road. I knew that I personally did not have the level of patients nor nerve that it takes in order to help with teaching my daughter without being a crazed parent. Also KMR does not have very accommodating hours of operation nor to parents work schedule. My daughter only had two days of maneuverability (backing up potion) and failed tremendously during the actual test not once, twice but three times. ! I had had too buy cones and take on doing a job myself that I paid $535.00 for NOT A HAPPY PARENT!!! I question what KMR actually does with our children on the road potion as well as in the classroom, not confident in my choice of drivers ed for my kid... My kid explained to me that she did not get enough of the actual driving that she needed none of this is speculation! Its just the facts!

My daughter and son took their driving training with KMR. Any questions or concerns that I or my wife had, were taken care of in a timely manner. Very professional, clean facilities and the price is responsible. No regrets here.Tom CampbellFairfield Ohio

This email was sent out by the owner after several class scheduling issues came up.I think the issue is there chasing the momey and with the number of students, they have an issue getting the driving portion scheduled.I would recommend looking around at other options. Even though the class portion is online ask questions about the driving portion schedules.Dear Parents & Students:Thank you for choosing KMR Driving School for your driver education course. Our goal is to teach new students how to become safe responsible drivers. Doing so, the cooperation of students and parents is extremely important during the “Behind-the-Wheel” phase of your Driver Education program. The State of Ohio requires that every student under the age 15 1/2 of 18 years of age complete a minimum of (50) hours of supervised driving (10) hours being night time driving with a parent or guardian. KMR Driving School will provide (8) hours of In-car Behind-the-Wheel lessons completed in (4) different days (2) hour sessions with a certified driving instructor that is committed to making the driving experience for our students the best it can be. Parents/Students can always refer to the registration packets at the time of registration. Our Behind-the-Wheel schedule tends to become more challenging towards the ending of winter months going into spring due to any previous inclement weather from the beginning of winter towards the ending of the months. We may have experienced days that the weather just would not permit our students to be on the roads in which many factors played a great deal on how we determined if behind the wheel should be cancelled and the well-being of our students and safety always comes first. Which leads to many students may have had to be reschedule which alters are behind the wheel scheduling for the upcoming months. So, Please keep in mind that the state requires any student(s) 15 ½-18 years of age they “MUST HOLD THERE TEMPS” for a “PERIOD” of (6)MONTHS before they are even eligible to take the “Driving Test” so please take all of this in consideration and allow up to 30, 60, or 90 days enough time upon completion of online or classroom to complete the Behind-the-Wheel portion of the Driver’s Education Program. If a student must cancel a scheduled driving lesson, they must do so at least 24 hours before the lesson or a $35 cancellation or no-show fee will apply and must be paid before scheduling next lesson. Cancellations can be made by phone or by email. Students are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly manner. If a student continually misbehaves or disrupts the in-car driving lessons, the parents will be notified. If the behavior continues, the student will be returned to the pickup location and no refund will be given. Students are required to dress appropriately for the Behind-the-Wheel In-Car Lessons. Please refrain from wearing revealing clothing (no strapless tops, halters or short skirts/shorts). Shoes should fit securely on the foot (no slides or flip flops). In addition, we schedule all students in the order in which they complete online classes or classroom, so it may well be a waiting list and we assure you that each student will be scheduled in a timely and fare manner. Once, it becomes a student(s) time to be scheduled our scheduling coordinator will each student & f/u with a email

Buyer beware...they will tell you anything you want to hear. Probably why they had to file chapter 11 in 2013. Total rip off...DMV does not consider them approved to offer juvenile remedial class. Although they say they are approved. Out $100 and waste of time. They deserve zero stars.

!!I regret going to this class and I should went to the other classes in Fairfield that were cheaper. Waste of money. Everything that they taught, I could have learned at home. By putting on videos and watching youtube videos it does not help. If I wanted to do that I could have stayed home and watched my own youtube videos. There was rarely any real teaching. I felt like I learned more about organ donation and road rage and cpr than anything. By playing bingo - there was not any knowledge that I gained. Orginally, they had said it would talk a week for behind the wheel to get scheduled but it took more than 3 weeks. For behind the wheel they would finish up 20 minutes early each time, if you want to finish up 20 minutes early than i want my money back for those 20 minutes. For behind the wheel some of the instructors would easily get upset and were rude. Overall: it was overpriced and most importanly i did not learn much of value. The instructur would no even suggest any tips and would be on her phone.

I was required to take the First Aid/CPR class thru KMR for work. The class is advertised to be 3 hours long. I showed up for a 3:00 class 10 minutes early to find the business door locked and nobody answering the phone when I called. When someone finally showed up 15 minutes late, she was hardly apologetic, and simply made excuses. It was about 3:30 by the time the class actually started. The class consisted of one 1-hour 45-min long extremely redundant commercial training movie on first aid and another 45-min movie on CPR. AT NO POINT DID I EVER TOUCH A TRAINING DUMMY. When the movies were over, the teacher reviewed random bits of the information with me and the one other participant, concentrating on what she considered to be trick questions from the upcoming quiz. Her manner of teaching was condescending and more confusing than helpful. She graded our quizzes in the lobby, and reviewed any incorrect answers. My fellow student incorrectly answered 90% of her quiz and I had to stand by waiting while they discussed her mistakes, as well as an issue she was having with payment. Since this 3 hour class was going on 4 hours, I felt they were being extremely inconsiderate. By the time the class ended, it was 7:00 at night, and I was very agitated.I could have been handed a booklet or watched a handful of youtube videos and gotten the same information and had a much more pleasant experience. Im a bit floored at the fact that I am now certified to perform First Aid/CPR without ever having any actual hands-on training. I would be HORRIFIED to find that my child-care provider or home healthcare provider received training thru KMR.

Purchased a package of online classes and driving time for our son. Once he finished the online class it was horrific trying to get driving time scheduled. First they will not contact you or respond to messages left. Then they give you a run around to schedule the class. They only have one driver instructor, they are out 2 weeks before it can be scheduled, they are backed up, they are overwhelmed....etc. These are all excuses I have been given. After waiting 2 weeks I called again only to receive more BS answers. Lack of professionalism and customer service. Once you’ve paid they are not responsive and outright rude.Save your money and time and attend classes elsewhere.
