I recently attended the EPA RRP Refresher. I appreciated the reminders that were sent to prompt me to take the course before my certificate expired. proActive does a great job with the class. Plenty of options for scheduling times and locations.

Excellent training. I had very little knowledge about this and took the course because it was required. By the time we were done I felt very well educated and comfortable ensuring my firm will adhere to these regulations. Erika did a great job of walking us through the material and ensuring we focused on the most important things. The hands-on work at the end of class was a great way to wrap things up. I will be sending some of my employees to this class and will try and make sure they get Erika as their trainer.

I have a very crazy schedule that can change at a moments notice and they were above and beyond accommodating. Class instructor was very knowledgeable in the subject matter of the class and made sure to stress the points we needed to know. I would recommend this company for Lead RRP classes.

The course was good and instructor was great. Only draw back was 8 hours sitting in a metal folding chair. For some of us that is pretty miserable. I am aware that the hotel provided the chairs but maybe some research ahead to make sure they can do better than that. It becomes a distraction to learn when your uncomfortable.

ProActive Safety Services training was very thorough, hands on and easy to follow. The instructor incorporated class participation and allowed all attendees to partake in an exercise to fully understand the purpose and application of how to protect yourself, team and home owners on lead preventive measures. Facilitators subject matter expertise is to be commended. I recommend all general contractors, subcontractors, investors, and real estate agents to take this training...its worth its weight in gold!

I enjoyed the class. A lot of information in a short period of time but delivered in a manner that allowed you to learn the information without feeling overwhelmed. I would recommend the class based on this experience.

The materials provided were very in depth and informative. Beyond that, and most importantly, the trainer was outstanding. Jamie Hayes really knows his stuff and does his best to make a boring (though necessary) topic and make it engaging and as fun as possible. He interacted with all classmates and made sure everyone was involved and knowledgable about the class material. I will definitely look for proActive Safety Services in the future for my training needs.

Our instructor did a great job conveying the material, what the rules are, why they are like that, who they protect, why it is important and what it causes, as well as why we even have to deal with it in the first place and why lead paint was still used until 1978.

Very informative and down-to-earth type class. I learned a lot, the instructor was very personable. I highly recommend safety training through here. I will definitely be looking at them when looking at getting employees trained in safety!

UPDATE: a representative from the company contacted me and made it clear that they would do what is necessary to make things right. I am very impressed with their willingness to satisfy their customers and they have won a customer.The class was informative and useful. However, the scheduling was a bit disorganized. I registered for a class on Jan 26. I closed my business for the day and drove an hour to the location listed on the invite, only to find that the class was cancelled. Im guessing there was no one else who registered for the class. So they cancelled it, but failed to inform me. In fact, I got an email that said the class was confirmed a few days before. Terribly inconvenient and (as a business owner) expensive as a lost a full day of work.

Awesome learning experience on how to deal with exposing elements that could be harmful to a domestic environment & their proper disposal. For EPA RRP (renovations, repair & painting) Certification. A manual was provided to keep along with the display of instructor topic on the large screen tv. Peaceful location with close proximity to L.A.X. airport at the Cambria Hotel. The first half of the class was all text book. The second part after lunch had text book & hands on application.

Instructor was in depth type of guy. Layed the course out in a logical format. And most importantly enjoyed what he did. Took time to bring someone up to par and clarify any issues we had. Did a rapid fire around the room and spurred a lot of q&a. Nice touch. Good luck Baldi. See ya in 5.

Honestly was dreading going to this seminar but our instructor Andrew made it so much fun that the time went by fast and learned alot about the process of detecting lead .The entire class had a good time due to Andrews way of teaching the course.

The owner of our Construction Company took their EPA training class and just training us on what he learned. I was amazed on all that, at times, we might have overlooked. The awareness level for Safety when it comes to dealing with EPA regulations is through the roof based on our secondary training.
