The owner is very disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate. After I said I was calling corporate he says,” very rudely, I’m corporate u can go about your business.” He got in my face as if he was about to do something. I will never go there ever again. He keeps deleting my complaints even on the BBB site. He kept interrupting when his staff was helping me with my fingerprints application. Proper customer service etiquette would be great. I do not recommend this company. 😢

The owner and partners are all courteous and engaging. You will have a great time during the class sessions. Many of the trainers take a non conventional approach to information exchange, which allows the receivers/students to really get a grasp at concepts taught. Sedra Taylor is a phenomenal Instructor. He not only made sure we knew how to perform the physical aspect of CPR/First Aid but he explained to us how there are other ways to also save or help someones life. Great instructors for First Aid, CPR training.

Yes it was quick, the instructor was friendly, and price wasnt bad. BUT for CPR it was awful! I sat in a room and watched the video but didnt have to demonstrate any of my skills. If you take CPR here and then are in an emergency needing to save someones life...that person will die because you will have no clue what you are doing.
