Brittaney Haines is a none responsive CFE. We have left numerous calls and reports with her and received zero help or support, which includes safety concerns. The staff at Growing Room Too are great but the organization as a whole is purely about money. They do not care for their employees (extremely high turnover) nor do they care for their clients. The vacation week is very restrictive. We have been going to Growing Room for almost 6 years. We stopped for one month during the Covid pandemic and forced to sign on as a new clients. No leeway at all for our request 4 months later. The company will find a hidden clause to find a way to cheat you out of your money.

We have been at Growing Room at Bradley Park Drive for about 6 weeks now and have had a wonderful experience so far. We were very nervous about finding a daycare following our PCS here but they welcomed us with open arms and have taken great care of my 1-year-old. Mrs. Nakeisha in the Infant Too class is very warm and polite. I can confidently say that I trust her with my daughter’s well being while I am away. She also completes the most creative lessons with the kids!

You can take your toddler there if you want him bit over 17 times in the span of a couple months. Good luck on getting the leadership involved when you have a concern about your childs well-being. I thought going to Jennifer Carpenter, who is the VP of Early Childhood Development, would come to us with solutions. Nope!

The good:Curriculum is awesome, staff seems caring. And they record all diaper changes and food eaten.The bad:Money driven business:1) you are unauthorized to take the curriculum book you pay for ($45.00)2) see below:I transferred my daughter to this center upon PCSing here. Initially my daughter was receptive towards the center, however her demeanor quickly changed. After a discovery of a sizeable bruise on her abdominal region, there was a raised level of stress and anxiety. I asked the teachers if any incident went unreported, however they did not notice anything during their care. Subsequently, anytime we would leave the house, she would cry and beg not to go to pre-school. Something happened to trigger this unseen behavior. Therefore using my best judgment, I decided to pull her from the center.Several issues arose from her withdrawal:1) they try to collect an additional two weeks tuition despite withdrawing her or they passive aggressively threaten sending your information to collections office.The contract states if the parent does not give full written notice, the parent will be charged for the full two-weeks in lieu of a notice. Regardless of withdrawing, and submitting the paper work digitally, you WILL pay an additional full weeks; theft at it best.2) see bullet 1And Growing Room, from the past responses i have seen on Google.
