I had emailed this school back on 5/15/21 (the main customer service type email), asking for an outline of the program so that I can compare it to other phlebotomy courses in the area. I received an email back pretty much right away asking me what state I’m in because they have many schools throughout with varying course hours. Doesn’t seem like that’d come off as rude, but it was & was lacking in professionalism. I responded back right away giving my city and state & have heard nothing back. Why would I want to attend a program through these people if they lack in customer service and can’t even get back to me with a response to my simple question. I recommend going to a different school for this, because they clearly don’t care about their potential students…they just want your money I guess.In response to them… I shouldn’t have to call, when you offer an email address to contact for information. If your customer service representatives can’t answer my original email or my second email, then clearly your school isn’t up to par with the other ones that have happily responded and answered my questions. It’s also funny that someone can respond to a google review quicker than two emails inquiring about attending the school (which is potential money you could be earning). So again, to anyone reading this review…they clearly don’t care enough to answer simple questions via the options they have on their website. I’ll be checking this school off the list.
