Christine is a true pilot and effective coach. She is avid in things she does and that positive energy infects anyone around her. I took a flying lesson with her in Pacific States Aviation Flight Academy in Concord. I was nervous of flying at first, but her calmness, her professional knowledge and the ability to explain things clearly eventually calmed me down and I had a great experience. Highly recommend Christine and PSA.

It looks like that Pacific States Aviation usually has schedule problems. My appointment was scheduled at 2:00PM and when I got there on time after driving an hour they said the schedule was at 1:00PM and they would charge me without any rescheduling so I was like making a big purchase without getting anything. This is the worst purchase experience I have ever had in my entire life.

Unfriendly staff who looked at me funny when I walked to inquire when I can go flying. Relunctantly booked me . Felt like I was intruding and unwelcomed. ended up going to Sterling Flight School down the street where I was treated with enthusiasm and made to feel welcome.
