You can obtain the skills taught here many different places. The difference between Evolution and other facilities are the people people.The lead instructor Shawn took over ownership and his leadership has created a culture of passion and desire to ensure his students walk out a better person.If you have children, I would never second-guess bringing them here to build confidence. It is been the best investment in both my children as well as myself.

Ive been a member for just over a year now. What started as a free class to try out no gi BJJ turned into a passion for the sport. This gym provides a place to develop and test your skill in what I feel is a safe and friendly environment. I really like the way Shawn and Mike run the gym, and I look forward to rolling every week!

This gym is great!!! Very knowledgeable instructors and a good bunch of people here to roll with. I was just passing through town with work and looking for a place to train for the night when I found them. Everybody was very welcoming and this turned out to be a great expeience. Two thumbs up!

Hands down one of my favorite places Ive ever trained at! They offer a variety of classes, the instructors are amazing and really take the time to make sure you doing things the right way, the facility is clean and really nice, the students are welcoming and the price is very reasonable! Whether youre looking to compete, get in shape, learn self defence or just blow off some steam theres something at EFSD for everyone :)

Ive always had a interest in BJJ and finally decided to try out a gym. This gym was the closest to my house so I went and tried out my first free class and Im glad I chose this gym! Whether youre planning to compete or learning to defend yourself, these guys can and will help. I have been here for over half a year now and its no longer a gym to me, its a second home with family who will push you to a different side of you that you never knew existed! Prices are great, I dont have the best paying job in the world but they worked with me and Im 100% positive they will work with you. Stop hesitating and STEP FOOT INTO THE GYM!!

I would give Shawn and Mike 5 stars, and the only reason why I give this place a dime of my money is because of them. They are great coaches! However, this will not be a place I continue to take my child because it is so poorly run. The owner is so unprofessional and unfriendly. I have had multiple payment issues there and random price increases without my knowledge and when I have tried to call or contact her, she never returns any calls and has such a nasty attitude when you finally speak to her. I am seriously so disappointed, but it just goes to show you how much one person can make or break an experience.

This place is a cheat. No one should have to pay nearly $130 a month for BJJ and another $70 for kickboxing. Obvious someone in it for money and not for the art.This place isnt even 24/7 nor do they offer enough of a variety in martial arts or class times to charge that much.

My kids take Brazilian Jui Jitsu, they absolutely love it. It is a clean facility and great coaches who care about the students.

Wasnt my time, but the place is awesome and actually teaches self defense with seasoned trainers!

Both my kids love learning jiu jitsu and kick boxing. The instructors are great.
