This is a great place to burn a ton of calories. There are people of all shapes, sizes (ref. Kickboxing classes) and fitness levels. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The trainer is very attentive to each person being quick to advise on proper stance, form and proper breathing with each punch and kick. Its an awesome empowering workout!

The owners are wonderful. Lonnie the owner/instructor is very patient and makes the class alot of fun as well as helping you to get the most out of it. His lovely wife and daughter are also on hand to help out. The classes are fun and they kick your butt! The facility is clean and the equipment up to date. Definitely recommend!!
