I attended Aveda Arts and Sciences Institute in Dallas from 2020-2021. I began just a few months before the coronavirus pandemic struck and shut everything down, but that didn’t stop Aveda students from getting our education. Aveda helped me continue learning, earn my education hours and made sure that I didn’t miss out on anything. All of my educators cared about my understanding of each subject. My teachers went to great lengths to make sure I had a positive and thorough learning experience. The school director, Jennifer Haack, is a lovely person who goes above and beyond for everyone in the building. I feel like choosing Aveda Dallas as my cosmetology school was the best decision I could have made when I decided to pursue this industry. I passed my licensing exams (written and practical) on the first try and was able to get a job lined up before I graduated. The job I have now is at a high end salon that visited the school on a career fair day. Aveda gave me the best start possible in my new career and I am very thankful. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking about going to cosmetology school. If you’re looking for a sign to go take a tour at this school, this is it!❤️ go check it out, you won’t regret it!

I am new to Texas and decided to try Aveda school before settling on a local salon. Adriana was amazing. She discussed my color history and goal for the appt. She ran her plan by the educators and I felt confident that together they wanted to achieve the best outcome. She was attentive, and did a great job. I rebooked with her and dont plan to look elsewhere. The salon was large and well appointed. I plan to try all of their services, I will be getting a facial this Friday.I wanted to write this review to offset the horrible reviews from others. Its a school. Cost, time and expectation should keep this all in mind. That being said, I was as happy as I have been paying double at a salon the last five years. Thank you!

Don’t waste your money here for school, go to Toni&Guy or Paul Mitchell. 7 months in and still don’t know a lot because we are teached very little in our first 2 phases (instructors didn’t like our class because we’re “quiet”) . We don’t even know who are instructor is right now. We are literally on the floor making the company money and getting very little education in return. This may be only the Dallas campus as I see people like other Aveda campuses.

I had a facial that was nice. I didnt see a noticeable improvement in the appearance of my skin, but it was very relaxing. My haircut, on the other hand, was terrible. My student was clearly not ready to be working on clients and needed more practice with basic techniques on a mannequin. The instructors werent paying any attention and didnt even try to fix my clearly uneven hair when the student was done. How are students supposed to learn like that?

I have been here a handful of times, usually just for a trim, but this week I went for a trim + shortening my bangs up a bit which I was a tad nervous about. Brinna was the student assigned to me and she was so sweet and kind. She and a woman who I assume was an instructor did a great job explaining everything to me and I think the cut looks even better than the original one! Also, the space is very large and open so even though theres many stylists + guests it did not feel cramped. I appreciated that all the students and stylists wore masks as well.

Crooks made my daughter clock out ten hours before completion. They documented her as a drop out and sent her to collections without giving her an opportunity to complete the course. So now she is not licensed and paying a school loan, and AVeda and has to retake entire course in order to get her license. Oh and pay for that again. She threw away thousands of dollars, oh and the school allowed other students to graduate without completed payment. Wish corporate would look into this. It was 2019, graduation in August, check out how many people were left owing money to AVeda and still allowed to graduate. Not my daughter, she had to clock out ten hours early and not to return until payment received in full. Jennifer Hack!!! You’re a horrible human being!!!

Got my haircut today and was literally blown away by the results! I had the stylist McKenzie black (i think i spelled her name wrong sorry!). I went in with tons of split ends and my hair feeling super unhealthy overall. I came out with a cute haircut & my hair feeling AMAZING and so incredibly soft. She also recommended different products for my hair to keep it soft and healthy. It’s also a super friendly environment & good music. Love my haircut, Thank you!!

I got my hair trimmed and dyed yesterday and it was terrible. First the cut was bad. No clean cut. There were long pieces of hair that didn’t sit with the rest of the hair length. My hair is dark brown so we I had to get it lightened before dying it pink. I told the student who was working on my hair to add more pink to the hair after we rinsed it because I could see the hair not really picking up on the color and she went over some strands but it was still not pink and she said the lighting is bad so maybe that’s why I wasn’t seeing the color so I left and thought I was satisfied. But when I got home my hair looked exactly like it did there. The pink pigment didn’t sit on the hair and it looks terrible. I also wanted bangs and I showed them the picture that I wanted but ended up having a completely different look. I hate it. It was terrible and I ended up paying way more than what the quality and service deserves. This will be my last visit!:( :( :(

Aveda has messed up my red hair coloring before, but this was by far the worst of the 3 instances. For the first two, they immediately offered to book a comp correction service, but this time, no one mentioned it, but this being a third reoccurrence, I did not leave until they booked a comp correction service because of my awareness of the option. All other colors Ive done at Aveda have been fine, but red has never been done correctly, which I realized after this terrible service. Once they fix this red, I will never get red done at Aveda again. After each red correction, Ive been told theyll add my formula and notes to the system. Ive been going to Aveda for 6 years since moving to Dallas and at this most recent appointment, they said there were zero notes in the system. Where are these formulas and notes from 6 years of coloring and service??! The first red error wasnt the color I requested; disappointing but livable. The second red error, the student missed a patch in the front; unfortunate but manageable because I could part my hair a certain way and hide the patch until the correction service. This time, my roots are a blatantly brighter and distinct red, while the bottom is a darker violet, with zero opportunity to hide the botch; I was mortified. The absolute worst and most expensive service I paid for at Aveda in 6 years and it took 9 hours to leave with a hideous coloring.Edit: Emailed Aveda as they requested below and no response. My review completely holds. Its not really a student issue, theyre obviously learning. The guidance the students receive is inconsistent. Ive been in chair and had two instructors give differing opinions on how to execute a red coloring on each visit. One instructor was so aggressive and Im glad the student listened to the other instructor because she clearly was FAR more knowledgeable. It was quite stressful because I was already there for a color correction to the FIRST attempt they messed up, but it finally ended up being just what I wanted because the student had guidance. Im sure it was equally confusing for the student, but thats my typical experience at Aveda when going red.

This is a teaching school and I get that. However from the check-in to check-out the process was painful. Receptionist was rude, provided forms to sign and didnt explain. My student hairdresser was nice and I was very patient with how long everything took. The attending hairdresser/teachers were rarely around and made no effort to help the students. What a horrible teaching experience for students and those getting services. Ive had hair done by Aveda in New York and LA Jolla, CA and the Customer service here was the worst ever. Students were fine; staff were horrible.

Honestly I had a pretty trying experience at Aveda yesterday. And it isnt the first time my hair has not met expectations there. I asked for a shadow root, the color didnt match my picture AT ALL, and the haircut I recieved was too short. While I appreciate these are students learning, I felt I was not listened to at all and the instructors were not great about making sure to check in and direct. My student was much more concerned about her instagram photos and video than my hair. It took four hours for the whole treatment. And even as a very unhappy customer I was still charged full price and was not offered a voucher or coupon to return and get it fixed. I wont be going back, and I think AVEDA needs to address how they train these young people to interact with their customers and make sure they are listening to directions and, even if they want to leave early for the day and post to their instagram feed, they are being professional in front of their customers. When I woke up this morning the first thing on my mind was how sad I am about my hair. I rolled the dice one too many times. Im adding pictures so everyone can see I did not receive what was asked for. To their credit, I do think the hair color looks okay even though it was not what I wanted. But cutting my hair so short, with blunt ends, then blow drying it to flip the ends out, then acting like Im the crazy one because I didnt like it - I just wanted OUT of there. The whole experience was deeply disappointing. And that was all the money I had budgeted for the month for this hair cut, so Im stuck sinking more money into another cut at a more expensive place (which I should have just done in the first place). So if youre doing something simple, maybe this is the way to go, but dont go expecting any major results (and maybe that was my poor judgement - lesson learned.) I hope in the future they improve on their teaching practices because unfortunately these students will eventually be out in the real world and wont be able to use the excuse Im a student anymore.

Had a HORRIBLE experience yesterday! I requested a senior hair stylist (I got Kayleen who was going to be graduating in 3 weeks). I told her I wanted a hair TRIM cause I was trying to grow my hair out, told her to only cut the dead ends if possible, and give me a SUBTLE tapered V shape in the back instead of a straight across blunt trim. she told me she had never cut a V tapered trim before so her instructor came over and explained to her how to perform it. they part my hair straight down the middle and the instructor begins cutting a DRAMATIC V shape in the back. the student, Kayleen, then finishes cutting the other side of my head. I explain to them that I never part my hair straight down the middle and then moved my hair to the way I normally part it, I notice I now have SHORT, choppy, chunks missing on the side of my hair. I told them I didnt want layers at all near my face and that I wanted to grow my hair out. The instructor starts trying to fix the chunks of hair, but it was only getting worse and worse. I told the front desk ladies I was unhappy with my hair but the only thing they offered was for me to come back another time and have another instructor fix my hair. I will NOT be coming back here! I am going to a professional salon to have them try to fix this horrible hair cut! and I didnt even get the tapered V shape in my hair in the end! What a disaster! UPDATE: had to call them 3 separate times to receive a refund. the first 2 times I called I was told a manager would call me back, but never did. horrible hair cut, horrible customer service.

We have been driving in from Fort Worth for over two years now because we love the Aveda products and service. Today, was the exception to those two years of good service. The student and instructor who cut my husbands hair had no sensitivity or customer service training in discussing a delicate matter to my husband who suffers from psoriasis that covers portions of his scalp and forehead. The student clearly wasn’t trained properly and the instructor who “searched” my spouses head for cuts or abrasions had no tact in the language they used when doing this. Part of training your students is to be tactful with EVERY customer and not just the ones who look healthy. The instructor didn’t know I was with my husband since we were sitting apart and she and the student had another conversation about him in front of me. The student was sharing her concerns about possibly offending my husband and the instructors words were, “Oh well, if he gets offended, then he gets offended.” I think this institute definitely needs a course on how to work with clients that have NON CONTAGIOUS autoimmune diseases.

Ive had some pretty good experiences with Aveda Institute but my last visit was a nightmare! I had a previously scheduled appointment in December and for some reason, their appointment department never put me on their appointment list for the day. So when I came in to get my hair done, they said that I didnt have an appointment and that they gave it away to someone else. They did try to accommodate me by saying if the 11:00am appointment didnt show up within their 15 minute grace period, they would give me the time slot. The girl they gave my appointment too walked in just at 11:15am and Aveda explained that since she was late they had to give her apointment away. Well she complained SO much that they again shafted me and just gave it to her anyways. Then they said that they could get me in at 2:45pm that day, so I left to go get my nails done during this down time and when I came back for my afternoon appointment, they said that they gave it away because I was late! I was so pissed and she said that my appointment was for 2:30pm and I fought them on that because the receptionist put me down for 2:45pm. I eventually had my appointment but then that didnt go so well. The hairdresser barely wanted to speak, touch, or give me eye contact to me. She spent half of the appointment blow drying my hair....and I wasnt too impressed with her work. All in all, I will not be going back after this terrible experience. At 5:00 I still hadnt been called back for my haircut and had to leave. Not once did the receptionist come up and talk to me regarding my appointment. I had been visiting this location on a monthly basis in the past six months for the exact same service and using the same formula - the simple hair color touch-up. Most of the time the experience had been decent until today. Riley was the person scheduled to perform the service; however, it seems that she absolutely had no desire to be there at all! She paid NO attention to her work the entire time - she had kept on chatting with her peers about the required hours, classes, graduation .... etc., all other stuff nothing concerning my hair! Her eyes and mind had been all over outside my hair! Her movement and gesture through out the entire time had been very rough - my feet had been hit by the surrounding objectives many times whenever she moved or rotated my chair during the service and she chose to ignore it entirely and offered no apology at all!In the past, the person whoever performed the same service had always used a timer to make sure the coloring chemical stayed in my hair for a minimum 45 mins. Riley asked me to be rinsed in less than 30 minutes! I asked her if the time had been long enough for the color to stay-on, She said yes! She was pretty rough when rinsing my hair and the water had kept on running straight into my ears! When drying my hair, she kept on dropping the cap of hair dryer on the floor or hitting my head painfully with her big roller brush every single stroke and even had scratched my face and almost punched right into my eyes. Finally I had to stop her from using the brush! She has never even once apologize for anything at all! One of the instructors had reminded her to perform the hand-massage; not only she never did it, she had never even mention the about what products had been used on my hair today! I checked in front of the mirror as soon as got into my car, the color touched up was not completed at all! Todays experience is extremely horrible!

It was incredibly unprofessional. She learned very little. A single haircut on a model took 4 hours because of lack of teachers. A root color took six. I would never send my daughter to the Aveda Institute of Dallas. They were happy to take our money. This is no way to run a business.

The service is excellent inside however, the scheduling staff that answers is very rude. Ive never heard anyone sound so bothered by their job. She sighed just asking what phone number was to look up my appointment time. I love coming here but please hire someone that makes it seem like they arent offput by you calling. By the sound of her voice I had ruined her whole day by asking for a simple hair appointment confirmation.

The guy I had was great! Chatted with me while he trimmed off the dead ends and he didnt take off too much. The teacher checked in with me three times throughout to make sure I was satisfied with the haircut. Took about an hour for a trim, but if you have the time, its a great way to save money.

Unless your race is white or you smoke weed with amber, shreya in the parking lot, you will never receive any help from these 2 educators. The level of how rude they are in unbelievable, when they come to check your work they literally say it’s good just so the client hears that. Amber talks bad about every student to other students and shreya has anger issues, they seriously don’t know what they are doing unless they just like to get paid for screaming and embarrassing the students. The only helpful people really are Todd and Danny.I am Hispanic and had never been treated so badly until I started masters at Aveda. I graduated in March and I can honestly say it was the worst experience of my life.

Terrible school - Avoid at all costs!I live by ratings, reviews and if anyone were in my predicament would never allow the treatment that my daughter endured while trying to receive her education and pursue her long life career attending this school.Racial comments, harassment, bullying, discrimination and even unethical comments made by facilitators and students is entirely unacceptable.Below are two images that they provide on their website that they pride themselves on – 1) Beliefs and 2) Act Responsibly. Question is when the instructors, teachers, staff, and students are aware these beliefs and actions are not being presently demonstrated – Would you continue to pay for your childs education knowing their practices were not exampled and constitute as a breach of contract? No, and thats exactly what we did but tried to do it the right way and leave without owing and respectfully. Not until we received a bill from financial assistance trying to collect over 7k in funds and my daughter having to take out another loan to pay off their amount they were trying to collect. Why should we pay for anything at all when she didnt receive any education at all and you caused this issue all together?Note: There are other similar reviews and ratings on Google describing other students and parents expressing similar incidents occurring before my daughters attendance in 2016 -2017.I have attempted on many occasions to reach the owner or the Director, Jennifer Haack for resolution and yet to receive a response. If anyone can provide some useful information and assist me with a resolution, please contact me.

I would totally give zero stars if I could. I was a student at Aveda and it was absolutely the worst. I chose Aveda because of what I thought it stood for. I admired that “they gave back”, that they were “holistic”, that they “believe in love and acts of kindness.” None of which are true. The educators are not very educated. They have immature tempers and personalites as well. The woman who over sees the school is absolutely the worst. She’s been caught grabbing students, had the police called on her, and is always threatening students. At the end of the year they asked the students to comment on the staff and EVERYONE had negative things to say about each and every advisor. All this school cares about is gossip, drama and money. It’s sooo bad. They try to get donations from anyone, any chance they get. I really wonder what they even do with it?Save yourself. Attend a different school. Eek.

My student was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. She was very professional in demeanor, which I know from the google reviews of your school isn’t always the case. So 10/10 on that front. I came in for a full foil and cut.1. When I arrived, the professional told me “we probably won’t have time for the cut before close.” That’s fine. Don’t let your system schedule foils post-work then. I believe this led to my foil being rushed and my hair looks the worst it’s ever looked now.2. The color clearly wasn’t left on my untreated roots long enough (I felt weird about it when I only sat with the foiling complete for about 5 minutes and I never sat under a dryer. That’s never happened before.) You can clearly see the grow out line that was there before she “treated” my roots. So now when I go to a true professional next time, my hair will be 3 shades: 1. Highlights she did well at the base of my hair that aren’t the shade I asked for. 2. Poorly treated inch of the roots she “treated”. 3. Untouched roots.3. I couldn’t believe there were no professionals around at the end of my color. I don’t care if a client’s appointment runs past close. You better be there to check your students work. You should probably be there to check the foils before they are removed too....4. Is the lighting so poor to mask crappy cuts and colors to cut down on complaints in the studio? I would’ve voiced these things if it wasn’t a dark hole down there and I could fully see how much I don’t like that the roots are still very visibleFinally, pretty sure I was overcharged. I initialed next to a $100 charge at the beginning of the service but the professional said it would be less if there wasn’t time for the cut. I didn’t get a cut and still paid $100.Never coming back. For $100 crappy color, no cut, and no supervision (honestly the bigger problem) might as well pay a little more and not be embarrassed by my appearance for 6 weeks.***i likes my student a lot. I honestly feel like most of my issues could’ve been prevented if the professional would’ve been as active in my experience as some of the other clients near me.

Ive been coming to this institute practically since it opened and my overall experience has been hit & miss. I have found that there can be a notable disconnect between service providers and the customer service component at the front of the facility - the customer service overall can be extremely lacking and the management is disorganized. However, the most redeeming aspects are the Aveda name, products and practices and the extremely great value for the cost, so I keep coming back.

I absolutely love coming here....when I have time. I admit its more time consuming than going to a standard salon, but they are students. The thing I love is that they are AVEDA students which means no matter what, I know theyre getting GOOD training and can do well. Ive never, ever had a bad experience here. Plus, you really cant beat the prices if you have a little extra time to spend at the salon!

Ive been nothing but smiles eveytime I get my hair done at Aveda. Kelly is who I normally schedule with, she does an amazing job and will have to say is quite faster than most students. My thing is getting exactly what I ask for and up to now its been just that. Of course they are all students and still learning, dont expect everything to be perfect or high end salon quality. Seems like most negative reviews were expecting just that .

Lola worked on my hair on April 20th. She intentionally tortured me. My head and neck hurt so bad. It started out bad. While dying my hair, she grabbed large globs of hair and pulled real hard while putting the dye on. I asked her at least 3 times to stop pulling my hair. She just said I must be tender headed. After she washed is when the real torture began. Using the blow dryer and brush she pulled my head every which way she could. After about 10 minutes I was ready to start crying. I said to myself that a person shouldnt cry while getting their hair done. Save that for the dentist. I thought maybe she was close to done and I could handle a few more minutes. I looked in the mirror and she was no where near done. I saw her expression and she had the most evilest look on her face. She knew what she was doing. One more pull and I jumped up and made her stop. I was upset and angry and I threw a big fit. I embarrassed her in front of all the students. I know this is no way to act, but my head hurt so bad. Shes lucky that Im not violent cause I was ready to fight. The teacher did finally come by to see what the commotion was. She even offered to finish, but I couldnt take it anymore. Lola is supposed to graduate on the 26th. I dont understand how they could graduate someone like that. She even had body odor.I will not be going back to Aveda just to save money. I will go to where I am appreciated and treated with respect. I even called to talk to someone in charge but they never called me back.

Went in to go from shoulder length hair to pixie so my process was 3 hours long. Longer than I expected, but still a great experience. Despite having a student, there was a master on the floor who broke the haircut into sections and cleaned up cuts as we went along. At the end they took pictures and put some of the products they used in a basket to bring to the register. You don’t have to buy the products, but ask if they have travel/trial sizes to cut down costs. Haircut and Shampoo service: $12. Bring cash to provide a “donation” (tip)

Went to Aveda Institute for 8 years, yes 8 years or more accurately since they opened the Dallas location!. 2 years ago they started screwing up my appointments. I’d get confirmation texts and then day of appointment the doors would be locked and no one in sight. They would just decide to have a “training” day without notifying the customer. The front desk manager would “act” like it was MY screw up but I had the same time every 4 weeks, and so did my husband. Several cancellations and screw ups did it for me. I quit them 1 year ago, and haven’t looked back. The retail/front has SERIOUS communication issue. Avoid this place unless you have nothing but time & patience.

I went today and got my haircut and makeup done, and it was amazing. I walked in and already had an appointment scheduled, so I didnt have to wait. I had a lady named Joi, and she was so nice and my haircut looked amazing! It was a fun experience there and it did take a while, but if you are getting a Lucy Hale haircut I think its definitely worth it. I showed her a picture of an older Lucy Hale hairstyle and she matched it perfectly. I also got my makeup done and it looked awesome afterwards and it didnt cost much at Aveda Institute Dallas either. I am definitely coming back for my next haircut and prom makeup

I went in yesterday to have my hair cut from long to short. I was so excited for such a big change. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted. My hair is nothing like the picture. It is much shorter than the picture and it is an inch shorter on one side than the other. Once it was discovered that it was so much shorter on one side the instructor came over and proceeded to chop away at my hair without talking to me and making it worse. Im so disappointed. Its still uneven in the back even though I asked multiple times if it was at least the same length back there. There are pieces of hair sticking out from the bottom on one side that are obviously unevenly cut from the rest. Im so disappointed. Im almost convinced I could have done a better job myself. The master student was nice but thats the only good thing I have to say. I will not recommend and I do not plan to return.

Ive been to the Aveda Institute twice and both times was very happy with both my cut and my color. The first time I went I got just a all over color and cut. and David Childers, the student that did it was WONDERFUL! I was so happy with my hair, that I made an appt, and went back, got color retouch and highlights. Again, it was GREAT! I love how my hair looks, and i get lots of compliments on it!

The Aveda Institute is wildly hit or miss. Ive had some amazing hair done and then...theres today. I left the salon this afternoon relatively happy. When I ran my hands through the back of my hair, however, they came back sticky and brown with forgotten dye. The last time I went, they dyed the roots of my blonde-copper hair a literal shade of orange (about like the fruit). Today, they dyed my roots a slightly lighter shade of brown (not copper or blonde). It shouldnt be this hard to just retouch roots and match color. I dont blame the students, but the instructors should catch this. I mean, today, the instructor just walked by and never bothered to check the huge mats of brown dye still on me. When I seemed slightly concerned about the color, I was whisked out of my chair before I could properly see the damage.

I have been coming here for almost three years and never had an issue. I bring my daughter but normally cut my sons hair myself because it is so difficult. I drive over 30 minutes to get here. I brought my ten year old son for his first real hair cut and they said I couldnt be on the floor because I was distracting the stylist. What, an it wouldnt be in a real salon? Give me a break! This place is NOT kid friendly at all. I wont be back anymore. Absolutely unacceptable.

When I knocked on the door to be let in they literally just stared at me & went back to the conversation they were having .so I stepped away and waitied at 8:55 I knocked again and the young lady at the front came to open the door and was so bothered I swear! But she tried to pretend like she wasnt annoyed. But Heather from Admissions took me on my tour. & I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE SCHOOL! & Heather was so awesome ! Aveda Institue is the BEST. Ive been going here for years, but this last time was one I will never forget. My dog had just died. I was a mess, but I had a work event that night that was mandatory and I had to look presentable. I went to Aveda Institue at Park Lane for a haircut, because there was no way I could primp myself when I was feeling so sad. Victoria Kennedy was the student that cut my hair, and Todd Faulk and Kelly Kielmeyer were the educators. They made me feel so comforted and supported every step of the way. I really felt pampered and taken care of. It meant a lot to me to receive all that love and TLC on a day that I was so incredibly upset. These guys are talented and really have a passion for what they do. I feel so grateful to them. Thank you Kelly, Todd, and Victoria, and everybody else at Aveda! You have a customer for life!!!

If I could give a zero for the universal theory education that I receive here I would. This school is absolutely amazing except for UT. The instructor for this class is very rude and doesnt teach anything. She is either not in the classroom during this time, or if she is in the classroom she just sits and tells us to be quiet and take our test. When a student tries to speak up about what we need from her she just says that she isnt going to do that because it doesnt help her, but the instruction is supposed to be helping the students not the instructor. And when we try to explain that we dont feel like we are receiving the education that we paid for she just shuts the conversation down and says that she isnt here to teach us, that she is just here to answer questions that we have, but as soon as a student ask a question she says that she isnt going to answer that question....so... this is a very un-enjoyable part of my experience here at AVEDA, which is quite unfortunate since this information that we are supposed to be being taught during UT is what will be on our written state board exam.

It was a $18 haircut and no more. I have been to other hair schools, they are much more organized. I thought all schools teach each hair cut before they enter the floor I was surprised that a master level (who will be graduating in a few weeks) had never learned how to cut a A-line bob. When would she have learned this if I had not wanted this haircut? What hairstyles are they taught?2 hours and 2 different instructors teaching and correcting my hair, I left with it damp and no style. I had to straighten and style my own hair at home. The products also made my hair very oily. Dont think I will even return to another Aveda!I watched brushes fall on the ground and get picked up and put back on the counter. No sign of any disinfectant for brushes or anything. Clips from one person to the next without even getting wiped off.One instructor said to a girl walking by go get **** from the break room. Her client has been checked in for a while now. I felt very sorry for that person.
