Had a Wonderful experience. Went in for a Glam look I had a birthday party to attend later that night. Im normally a strip girl but wanted to try something different. My lash tech walked me through the whole experience she was super knowledgeable on telling me the stages of lashes and how they regenerate. Ive have definitely been converted into an individual lash chick! I will be back! Go ladies keep up the great work!

Horrible school. Unprofessional don’t waste your money unless you want to teach yourself. They had a teacher at one time and then let her go because of budget reasons. Then the owner was our teacher and needless to say we had to teach ourselves. On sat the whole class showed up and the school was closed. No one bothered to tell us we didn’t have to come. Another Saturday our teacher didn’t showUp till 1pm. We we’re there all day teaching ourselves. Then there’s a time where we could do online and her words exactly “while yourCooking let ur computer run so that u can get yourHours”. I have it on a recording Smdh. Once it was brought to there attention I knew the rules for running a school , bc I worked at a barber school then she wanted to do things by the book. We had several students start a few weeks after I started and I’m guessing to cut cost they only gave them the main book. My package had 3 books and for the same price they only got 1 book. They were told the course only came with one book and supplies. Needless to say this school is so unprofessional. They don’t teach you and they will give you your hours. Good luck !! You won’t pass your test. Our whole class of 12 students had to retake the exam 2-3 times bc we weren’t Taught anything . We all shared our test notes to pass.

Dallas Lash Academy has by far been one of the most positive experiences since turning the corner on Covid-19. The Academy has been a breath of fresh air for my daughter. She is empowered, she’s learning to become an Eyelash Artist and also learning the value of entrepreneurship! the premises are clean and inside is sanitized. I appreciate Mrs. Bailey, she has communicated well with us, and she has been keeping her word! So glad we chose Dallas Lash Academy, we can’t wait to see the fruits of her labor! Don’t go here !!! I booked an appointment online for 3:00 pm today. I received an email confirmation for the appointment . After driving 45 minutes to get there the lady inside tells me they are closed and they don’t book appointments after 2:30 when I explained that I received an email confirmation she asked if I was certain I was at the correct location ... Yes, I was! After I got to my car I pulled up the confirmation and went back inside to make certain I was at the correct location . I was!! If this place was voted #1 I would hate to see the others ! Terrible customer service !!

Unorganized . Never answer calls. Teachers cancel classes last minute . Never even received our kit. Paid 1850.00 upfront for my daughter to go to school here. Very disappointed . Would not recommend this place to anyone . Hoping they do the right thing and refund us our tuition we paid upfront since we still have not received what was promised to us .

This was a review that I was not sure I was going to write... When I first called Dallas Lash Academy everything seemed so right and so perfect. After I was enrolled into the online program, that’s when the lack of communication began. Nobody communicated anything and one instructor/director often left us confused and without proper direction. There were plenty of times she didn’t even show up to class, or came to start class off and then just left. It was the most frustrating experience I have ever had in my life. I almost didn’t attend my graduation because I was embarrassed that I attended this mess! Mind you this school had a very reasonably priced Manicurist program that was affordable and didn’t leave me in debt but, you truly get what you pay for. I will say my phase 4 instructor was AMAZING and was the reason I got myself to class everyday on time. She had so much knowledge and was so flexible and willing to help us. I do not however recommend this school. Find a program that will actually teach you something and prepare you for your state boards...this is not it!

Outstanding Service!! The lash tech was very professional and polite. I explained the look that I was looking for and she delivered. The instructor there for her as guidance which was a plus! The atmosphere was so relaxing. I will definitely be returning.

This is a joke in trying to contact someone at any location my granddaughter paid to begin classes back in February , coming classes to begin later that month. She wasnt able to get back into the site or get anyone on the phone. So she canceled the payment with her bank, well now her bank said the company told them they provided the service she ,then sent an email with the hopes of someone calling her back to date no one has reachd out. PLEASE DONT USE THIS PLACE I will be visiting the location to get to the bottom of the issueNow we arewe are getting the run around trying to get our money for a class that was not taken. Call they are not answering the phone. Im will be reporting them and I want the 500.00 back

I know those young ladies are students but they are very professional and they do a really good job on your lashes Ive been there three times and I already set my appointment for my next time. Has been three different ladies in all of them done a great job .

I just called to get some information, a lady by the name of Ms. T answered the phone. She killed my whole vibe about going here. You guys should really let people who actually have good customer service answer the phones.

Do not go to this school if you want to learn how to lash. They give you a vocabulary sheet to study from. Other than that, you are just sitting around for weeks just waiting to complete your hours. No one teaches there, and they assume you should know what you are doing now. Miss Tonya however was the best teacher there. Fake grades and assignments.

I had a great learning experience at Dallas Lash and met so many great people , Ms.Bailey is amazing, if I could do it all over again I would. I’ve been excited throughout this whole journey. I would recommend this school to anyone who is serious about lashing or being a esthetician this is definitely the place to go.

I don’t like seeing some of the few negative reviews about Dallas Lash Academy because my experience here was so the opposite of negative. I did the Eyelash Extension Licensing program. I transferred here from another school that I was miserable at.. (I thought maybe lashing wasn’t for me because of it) but upon coming here I have had such an amazing time- from Mrs. Bailey (LOVE her), to the girls I met (some becoming good friends of mine), & the atmosphere. This was the first step on my road to success in the industry and I wouldn’t have wanted it to begin anywhere else! I recommend DLA to everyone interested in becoming LICENSED in what they are pursuing. Will miss y’all!!!

The student I had completed one eye lash set. The teachers were rushing her out. They sent a teacher to do my other eye. After 20-30 mins she was done with my eye. Didn’t make sense. It’s not my first rodeo. However, I said I’d sleep on it and see how I felt about them. The lashes definitely are not even. I can feel and see the difference between the eye done by the student vs teacher. On top of that, the price was outrageous. I ended up paying $125 for a “glam set”. My previous glam set was by a professional for $80!!!!! And the quality was much better. Not to mention I’ve already had at least 10 lashes fall out within the first 6 hrs. I spent 3 hrs in shop, if not longer. I wouldn’t have minded if the teacher held up to the students standard. Either way, I do not recommend. You can find more reasonably priced lash salons. I came here to save money. Ended up spending more. You live and you learn.

Good school with good instructors who are hands on with students. Friendly, relaxing atmosphere. I recommend anyone to go there and support the students.

This is a great school & very flexible ! If you need your license and want to pay a affordable amount or your money is tight they have payment plans and you will be able to pay as you go. I graduate June 10 and I’m excited 🎉🥳

The worse school I ever stepped foot in! To start off they give you no material as far as a kit! Everyone in there is doing their own thing no one has been taught anything basically you are self taught as you go and help of other girls! I was there for a month and learned nothing! The girls before me have been there and complained about a lot more things than what I’m posting about the pregnat lady who works there whom I refuse to call an I structor is rude and always has an attitude shows up when she wants opens late and the day she is there she locks the doors if your late! Which I don’t think it’s fare since some of us drive a long way toGo site in there and do anything only because we have paid all of our money upfront and won’t be able to get a refund! She does her personal laundry at the facility and it’s ridiculous! On the other hand Ms.B is a good person she’s just over loaded and needs help and educated and patient instructors! Horrible experience won’t recommend to anyone
