Awesome facility with very knowledgeable instructors. Most fun I’ve had getting into shape.

Even for a total beginner who has never heard of Capoeira, this place is amazing. The instructors are kind and helpful and very good with kids. My daughter and I have been going together for over a year now and cant recommend it enough. The family class is so fun to do together. Whether you want to have more confidence, be more athletic, get better at music, or just have fun, Capoeira has something for everyone!

I’ve been doing capoeira for 7 years now and I have loved every minute of it! Instructor Sombra is a great teacher and all of the other instructors under him are amazing!

Top-notch school. The instructors and students are very friendly and helpful. Their children class is fantastic; the instructors are great with the kids. Clean facility. Regardless of your body-type, skill level, etc, Dallas Capoeira will have you doing things you never thought you could do (sometimes, even on the first day!)

I’m sure the classes are great, but when I attempted to organise a visit it seemed as though I was unwelcome and received confusing and inconsistent information, following by a non-response when I asked for clarifying information.

Abs is one of the best martial art instructors I have ever met and I have met a lot of instructors. He makes capoeira a martial art that anyone can learn.Capoeira itself is an unique experience if youve ever done martial arts or acrobatics youll still be amazed to learn these insane complex and beautiful moves but under the direction of abs it becomes much easier. Capoeira utilizes music dancing and fighting, and abs teaches you to do all of those. Its quite amazing. Abs is also always throwing in new workshops or introducing new people who can show you new ways to think about capoeira. Because capoeiraThe studio for his school is always very clean and its a big space. After class you have access to the gymnasium to practice some techniques using profession equipmentI cannot recommend this martial art school more come give this school a try!

Ive been attending classes here for a few months and I love it. Capoeira is a constant challenge, but Abs and his students make it an incredible amount of fun. Theyre all talented and knowledgable, but also very good at making things I would have thought impossible seem like they might be something I can do someday.On top of capoeira, Abs will sometimes offer special workshops (gymnastics, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, drumming, etc) to help build skills and give you some insight into other physical arts.Capoeira is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and definitely worth a try for anyone looking for a good workout that doesnt give you time to think about how much working out really sucks.
