My son complains endlessly about every lesson from every sport he has ever taken, UNTIL I took him here to Chamberlains Kenpo. I know a lot has to do with the specific instructor (Shihan Rollend) and the fact that I took kenpo a long time ago when I was a kid so there is some common interest. But I also played baseball and played golf and tennis and none of those other lessons seemed to cut it with my son. In my opinion I think they are worth checking out.

In 2017, I emailed 3 dojos I was considering, all in different styles. Chamberlain was the first to respond to my email and answered all of my questions in detail, so I visited them first...and I never visited another dojo. The other two eventually responded about a week later.Chamberlain were overwhelmingly welcoming even though I couldn’t jog around the mat without difficulty. Years later and I’m still here, 100+ pounds gone and I don’t regret one minute of it. They represent the best in martial arts.

Thank you Thank you THANK YOU. I have sent several of my add/adhd patients to various places to incorporate martial arts in their lives and most places give up on these kids within a few visits. I have a few patients that have found you and rave about you guys. I cannot help these kids alone and have seen the drastic changes in Asia/Korea when we combine therapy and martial arts. It’s a great dojo (karate school) but due to some personal reasons it is not 5 stars otherwise it’s great!
