I met Professor Mendes as he was coaching his brother, Tanquinho, at ADCC 2019.If you train with Professor Mendes, you train with the same person that coached the 2019 ADCC champion.He is a mannered and nice human being, that will never stop sending you great vibes when you meet him.If you live in Dallas, my advice is to visit his school and spend some time with him. You will not regret it.

We have been absolutely impressed by this facility. We drive 45 min everyday for our kid to train here.. All of the professors have been great with teaching our 7 year old daughter the basic steps as well as complex moves. Its like being a part of an instant family when you walk in the door.
