You instantly feel at home here! Very beginner friendly all the way to a high technical ceiling for higher belts. I have trained in many martial arts gyms over the years, GracieOne is hands down one of the best training experiences Ive ever had! Amazing kid programs too!

Its been great seeing my young boys work towards their goals and seeing them succeed. Its a huge confidence booster and teaches them Courage and Respect all in one class. Students and Coaches are friendly and create a non intimidating atmosphere for all to learn and train. These skills impact far beyond the dojo. Thankful to have them in the neighborhood.

My son has been going to Gracie One for several months now and he LOVES it. The coaches are absolutely amazing with kids of all ages. My son is always excited to go 4-5 times a week! If you are looking for an excellent jiujitsu academy, look no more! This is the place to be!

I trained at Gracie One while visiting from out of town. The instruction was top notch! Great technique with several black belt instructions on staff.The facilities were clean and everyone was very friendly. I look forward to training there again soon

I was traveling to Dallas on business and Gracie One were kind enough to let me come in for a class and open mat. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. The instruction was clear and helpful. The facility was clean, large, with great mats. Good padding and no seems.I would highly recommend Gracie One if youre interested in learning and training brazilian jiu-jitsu.

I started training here almost a month ago, I have really enjoyed the experience so far. Great workout + lots of learning jiu jitsu, which is very fun. Striking classes are also offered. All instructors are skilled in teaching and practice.

I have been bringing my grandson herefor a couple of years. He has truly blossomed and gained so much confidence. I greatly recommend.

Excellent training environment and high quality instalations. The studying group that encounter was very friendly, good sparring and a well balanced discipline and joyful session. Professor Jeff was very helpful and kind in assisting me with my visit.

Highly recommend this school. I’ve trained here since August 2019 and can’t imagine training anywhere else. Professors Antonio and Clint are great. They’re excellent instructors who excel at teaching - able to break down the most complex techniques into concepts and steps that are easily understood. But more than anything else, they’re really kind and encouraging, striving to make everyone feel welcomed and a part of the team.The facilities are great too. Spacious and clean, well lit and open, including the restrooms and showers.Really can’t find anything to complain about other than classes aren’t offered on Sundays. :)

I started training at this gym awhile ago and they are always responsive tending to any and every need. I came for the ju jitsu but ended up finding great striking and MMA lessons as well. I love Gracie One!

I am new to Brazilian jiu-jitsu but have been in different martial arts gyms for most of my adult life. A friend invited me to train for a few days at Gracie One while visiting Dallas. I came away extremely impressed.This gym has it all… friendly and safe training atmosphere, good mix of training partners, and professional instruction. The facilities are clean, the classes were as challenging as you make them, and they even let me borrow a gi! What impressed me most was the individual attention and instruction I received from the owner when he invited me into another student’s private lesson. The student got a lot pointers but so did I, which tells me that they care about the improvement of everyone’s jiu-jitsu. Another instructor even let us record video for me to practice at home. No secrets or favoritism or “hidden techniques”. Even the kids classes looked like a fun time!If I didn’t live in Seattle, I’d be training at Gracie One and will be every time I visit Dallas. You should too.

I have been at Gracie One for about a year now. Gracie One has been an amazing place to train. The instructors and talent at Gracie One are rare to find. Multiple Black belts sharing so much knowledge is an amazing experience. Not only is the staff Amazing but all who train there have a positive.

FOR GRAPPLERS:This school excels at technical gi work, thats their specialty. Expect lots of closed guard, high percentage escapes, pressure passing etc. Not much to say on no-gi, stand-up, or leglocks. Its an old-school Renzo academy so this is the place you go to get razor sharp fundamentals. I know the professors would love to help you workshop some 411 entries, but the typical class is going to be as listed above.FOR NON-GRAPPLERS:The gym is great. Clints a good man, hes helped me out a lot and Antonio Cicconi might just be the most friendly person I know. I started at this gym about two years ago and Ive been moving around a lot, but this is the place to be.

I was visiting from out of town and had the pleasure to train BJJ here during my stay. Clint and Antonio are fantastic instructors and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. If I was living in the area, Gracie One would be hands down my number one choice. Looking forward to come back

This is a great place to train. Certainly my favorite place in TX. Im bias since the owner is my cousin, but Im very proud to see my cousin opened such a beautiful place and great family environment. I recommend anyone in the near area to go check it out.

Gracie One Jiu Jitsu from the Brazilian source. No better place to learn the art than from the Gracie family themselves. The gym is brand-new, super clean and modern. I highly recommend this family friendly facility for both kids and adults.

I am a avid jiu-jitsu hobbyist and have to bounce around to new dojos due to my military obligation. Gracie One where welcoming and gracious host. Sadly I was only there for a couple days but they offered me great training an unforgettable experience . If you want to practice the fundamentals of BBJ, check them out! I took my first ever jiu-jitsu class last week and I am amazed at what a great workout I received. The teachers and owners are extremely professional and helpful and the facility is very open and clean. They made me feel welcome and I will be back with my kids! Definitely grateful to have this academy in our neighborhood. A+

We love Gracie One! Our 5 year old did a trial class, and we immediately enrolled. The instructors are great with the kiddos. He usually gets bored with the classes we enroll him in, and we struggle making it through whatever the timeframe commitment is. This one is different. He’s always excited to go, and is disappointed if we can’t fit in a class or two each week.

Great experience, great people. I would highly recommend Gracie One to anyone in the area who are looking for weight loss, self defense, or a sense of belonging.
