Great Customer Service!Ive had the opportunity to work with escrow officer Sandra Hickey on two occasions. In both instances, she has been extremely pleasant and highly responsive to any questions Ive had. She has made the closing and post-closing activities so unbelievably smooth.

I was very disappointed with my experience in closing. Jennifer Draheim had told me she would send the documents for signing by Friday. When I called she had a very defensive attitude and said that she never said she would overnight the docs. She said that would have cost $20 ..I was stunned to learn that 120 pages were being emailed. We had to print everything & Not one piece of paper was marked for signature. It was a disaster and our notary almost declined. A huge mess. Even our notary said how lazy and unprofessional. The day of closing to top it all off-she demands copies of our drivers license & says they cant close without it. If thats the case why not ask for that days ahead. I asked another employee who the manager was... she said Jennifer. Im just glad this is over but will never recommend this company.
