Company scammed me out of 2,000 and won’t even answer their emails. Bryce offered a 2000 down payment towards coaching and I could apply for funding for the rest. I was denied funding and was never refunded the 2k although I was told if I couldn’t get funding I would get the 2k back. Approach with caution-edit. You claim I was approved for funding, so here’s 2 screenshots proving otherwise like I said numerous times this year. Pretty sad this is how your company treats disputes

Bryce and his team have a solid track record. Anyone who follows the process can yield great results. I have known him for several years and he is committed to students that show up and do the work. Can’t ask any more than that.He also gives back to the community by helping kids at Christmas time and donates to help feed homeless too.

WARNING – RUN AWAY…– Do Not Walk away…. from REI Realty / Results Academy and *especially* Bryce McKinley, their CEO.These guys are AMATEURS and incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL, and apparently Really Bad at their Own Business.They don’t understand Simple things like Property-Tax Research or current Market conditions (really hot in Dallas).They LIED and Failed to DEPOSIT ANY EARNEST MONEY for our Transaction.They LIED (again) saying they had Plenty of Money to Buy but I was UNABLE TO VERIFY FUNDS from their “Invisible Bank” even after several Calls.From the 1st Time I spoke with him - Bryce was ARROGANT and clearly a “SLICK WILLY” Used-Car SalesMan type (6/30/21). When things don’t go his way, he Resorted to BULLYING and consistently Speaks in a CONDESCENDING Manner. Bryce and his Team are Out-of-Touch with the Market and local Prices.He / They lied to us repeatedly. After saying that he/they “Had Plenty of Money to Close”… then, not 5 minutes later... he says “We Don’t have the Funds” to close on this Deal (6/30/21). Was he Lying to Me THEN.... OR NOW...?!?Im not new to the Home-Sale or Buying process, or Dealing with actual Real-Estate Agents. Ive Sold 2 Homes ($230k and $875k) and bought Acreage in both Denton and Ellis County so I know what to expect from Reputable Agents like Coldwell, Keller-Williams, etc.Bryce McKinley and REI Realty / Results Academy turned the whole Selling Process into a NIGHTMARE.His people are Questionable / Shady – they “Ghosted” us and missed several Meetings on Saturday (6/27/21) and I never heard from the guys who were supposed to Show Up. I should have done more Research on them.Once I learned these things – I IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED THE DEAL (6/30).My Advice to You…??AVOID THEM – SELL TO *ANYBODY* ELSE..!!WARNING – RUN AWAY…! – Do Not Walk away… you’ve been warned.
