I had been wanting to get my real estate license for a while, but I am a stay at home mom and needed to get it done online. I did some research with some of the bigger schools and came across School Estate. I read the glowing reviews from people, and for the price I thought I would give it a shot. I could not be more pleased with my decision. I was assigned an instructor to help guide me through the classes and any questions I had. Let me just say that Blaise was amazing. He let me ask all the “dumb” questions I had and always took the time to explain things thoroughly. If he wasn’t available when I called, he called right back always willing and happy to help. He really made the whole online experience more of a classroom like experience. I made it through the classes in 5 weeks and got my license on the first try. Honestly, this may be one of the best experiences I have had with an online company. I took all 6 of my Texas real estate license courses and my exam prep course with School Estate. It took me about 30 days to complete the courses and then another two weeks of intense studying. It was a lot of hard work, but I passed both my licensing exams on the first attempt. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I could not have asked more of my Instructor Blaise. He coached me through the process from beginning to end and was there for me when the going was tough. In any case, now its time for me to get out and put my license to use. What a great way to study, understand, and obtain a real estate license. I did not have time for a physical classroom setting so this was the only option for me. Not only did Blaise take my phone calls any and every time I called but he helped me understand material in the way I could interpret it!. School Estate has set the standard for getting your real estate license and continued education. I got my license five years ago with them and have continued my CE’s with them. Blaise is a tremendous resource and his knowledge of real estate is second to none. He is always a phone call or email away.

I have pass my Broker exam but exam prep test that school estate offer are bad. They dont prep you for a real test (time wise and lenghthy verbaige wise). I had called school estate to provide this constructive feedback for but owner or tutor name Blaise was too proud to listen to real feedback. Overall exam was not hard if you read study guide.

Eight weeks ago I started the online course with School Estate and today I passed both tests. If you follow the outline they provide, take many practice tests, and reach out to Blaise and his team when you need help you will pass them to. Hands down school estate is in the top tier of schools to attend for real estate! Blaise and Natalie are awesome. It amazes me how patient and hands on they are with EVERY student. I was trying to transition from the Michigan real estate Market to Texas. To my surprise Blaise took 2 hrs out his time and walked me through every step in the process. I’ve been patronizing their school of business for 8yrs now, and I refuse to let anybody handle my real estate affairs!
