I had great experience. Will was a really helpful instructor. It is fast paced but if you’re currently are around cranes than you’ll catch on.

After reading some of the 1 star reviews here on American Crane School my experience was far from what others have experienced. I get some people want a more thorough classroom setting but this class is not designed that way point blank. I knew what I was looking for I needed something fast paced and this was the best option for me. The classroom setting indeed was a fast pace environment but Im a quick learner and I made it work for me! If youre on a time schedule like me then Id recommend doing this fast course. I had no problem passing the written exams as I passed them with flying colors. Now the practicals was no problem I scheduled 3 hrs of seat time and it was just enough for me to get the hang of things. Trermaine was my trainer he was an exceptional trainer and very patient with me. He taught me very well in moving the crane with prestige control but I struggled once I got to the zig test and Id admit I almost gave up. Then Dave the guy that gives you the actual test saw my frustration told me to take a small break and so I did. Upon that, he broke it down to me in manner that I was able to understand and thus I was able to apply it and pass the training then I was completely comfortable proceeding to the actual test. With all that said Im glad I choose American Crane School and I hope who ever reads finds it encouraging to get your NCCCO Certification !

Paid 2,000$ to take this crane certification course. Absolutely biggest waste of money, if you are considering signing up for this class I highly recommend you don’t. There is no actual learning taking place just an instructor flipping through slides at the speed of sound with no opportunity to take notes and no guidance on what you need to know. Don’t take this crane course!!

This class is terrible, complete waste of money. We had Dave as our instructor he was rude and got mad when people would ask questions. We went over 150 slides a day then took practice tests before we finished all the information. Now we are expected to take a test with 90 questions on information we barely learned. We saw each slide for maybe 10 seconds at a time then got practice tests thrown at us. I wish I could give this class no stars.

Worst $2k spent in my life. I could have taken practice tests on my own. There was no real teaching anywhere in this class.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you to California Crane School! You all have been fantastic to work with, quick to respond and very professional. I appreciate your time. I dont know if Linda B. is still with your company but I began working with her a few years ago and she was the start of a great working relationship, nurturing it all the way through to you (Brittanie) and the instructors. The feedback from our candidates for the school and the instructors was very positive, including ...easy to understand, ...helpful, ...made you feel safe learning to operate the crane. We appreciate your expediency and dedication to seeing the customer and candidate through to the end of the process. The feeling of knowing that your money is well spent is one of the many reasons I would highly recommend your company!

American Crane School is great if you dont have a lot of time to get certified. It only takes 3 days and it was super affordable. The instructors were great, very knowledgeable, and the office staff was friendly and helpful. Couldnt ask for a better experience all around.

American Crane School is great. I especially like their guarantee that if for some reason you dont pass the written exams, you can come back to the class for free.
