Ryan Thomas is very knowledgeable he is the best you could ask for. Our teen age grandsons have been coming to his programs for three years now. They have learned so much its good to know they could defend themselves if needed. We definitely recommend his classes.

We have been training at Ryans gym for almost 3 years. Ryan is professional and incredibly patient with kids. He teaches them discipline and respect and helps them build confidence. He is a great coach and teacher. I would absolutely recommend this gym for anyone looking for a new activity for their child.

I’ve known Ryan for over a year and he’s so calm and patient. I hate to see one disgruntled person take extreme action to ruin a reputation when it is solely a reflection of his own actions.
