I went to Staples in Dallas, and immediately drove all the way to Denton. There is something so special about Office Depot in Denton. No matter how weird my requests are, your staff is so great about working with me and making sure I have everything perfect. Theyre always so patient too when I need to make adjustments to designs on the fly on my computer. The entire facility is so pleasant, clean, and nice. Before going to Staples in Dallas, I didnt realize how good I had it. The store is bright, the staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly. John bent over backwards and found ways to get me double sided business cards printed perfectly in less than a day. Glossy, perfectly cut out, for my Chief Operating Officer. He was so patient and went through all the types of papers and thickness, and glosses, and printed samples he hand cut himself. Its so shocking just how much the people care here. Such a life saver. This isnt the only project either. I trust coming to this store 10x more than doing a print job myself because the staff is so patient at helping me out and getting me what I need. Its service you dont see often for almost any company. Its not just a click and pay. Its an experience on getting the right materials, the right cuts, and high quality prints. The first time I came here was for my portfolio in college, and I came back to make my portfolio for my first design interview. High quality, every time. And, theyll find loopholes, such as using papers I wouldnt think to use to get desired brochures.Also, I always need help looking for something. Theres always help to find it too. I asked for business card holders, and the guy asked wallet or table? Glad he asked, because I needed both and they where different aisles. He took the time to also go over their selection - acrylic, and slightly better metal ones. Helped me with an opinion on exactly which one would look great on our tradeshow table.Thank you, guys! Extremely happy with the service I received here. I had ordered and paid for a laptop online for in store pick up. The manager, John, apologized and told me there was a mistake and that laptop was out of stock. But he offered me a better laptop with a bigger screen and better processor for the same price. I also had a great service experience at the print desk on the same visit. They have gained a loyal customer!!

A little low on workers but they seem to want to help as much as they can. I was offered a $100 discount on a office chair I bought and it broke. Do to not being able to replace correct model had to take a gray one never got discount.

I’m always here for at least 30 minutes because no one is working the counter, or they just have one person doing everything from check out to printing. They always get my order wrong and I have to come back the next day for them to finish, so that’s over an hour just waiting for prints lol. I’ve had so many bad experiences here, I wish there was an Office Max closer. The people aren’t rude, they just give terrible service.Update: Apparently the guy who has been working with me, quit and that’s why nothing was finished. New guy working with me was super nice and really helping me out. Adding two more stars to original 1 star. But make sure you have at least 45 minutes to spare when going here 🙃

Horrible service. I went to have some documents scanned and never received a call that they were ready. The worst thing about it all is that they returned my documents all wrinkled and everything out of order. What a lack of professionalism!

I called to place an order for pickup. After being on hold for 6 min a very curt sales girl informed me that WE DONT TAKE PHONE ORDERS, USE THE WEB SITE. With that she said goodbye and hung up. It might have been appropriate to ask or give me the URL for their web sight. Again, another business that doesnt feel customer service is needed to have a successful business.

Amazing location! Very helpful staff! At other office store places, when you ask for help printing, they look at you like you just asked them to eat a butt-cheek sandwich. At this place, people want to help.

Slim selection but friendly staff.

Clean but the prices are jacked up. Went in for letter envelopes and they were 45 (9x4) for $10.50 for their brand. Target had their brand, same exact ones for $1.99... I dont like Target but guess what....

We had a horrible time trying to print at FedEx Office, so we came here and they WERE SO HELPFUL!!! We had a super simple request and they were so nice and the end result was great. I can’t remember the girls name, but she was so helpful!!! Come here! Not Fedex Office!!!

I have been using this location for years but this year the service has deteriorated immensely in the printing dept. I went there today with a simple binding job and waited in line. There were 3 ladies there and no one acknowledge my existence. Finally I asked one of the ladies if she could get someone to wait on me and she was more concerned that I sign in on the computer. Why I dont know as I was the only one in line. Still waiting in line and being ignored, I finally left and went to Fed Ex where I received excellent service from the time I entered there store. I am very disappointed with this store and will probably be going to Fed Ex in the future.

Highly RUDE!My wife and I had bought a rack for hanging files in a drawer and had bought an extra pack of folders. However the rack came with folders so the extra package was not needed. So we went to try and return. We understand all the hype about covid, and there was no posting on the front about the no return policy. The manager was incredibly rude about it, and when confronted about it, the lady was even rider and acted like she didn’t care.After we return this we will never be back again and take our business elsewhere!!

Double Check Options!I uploaded the document and the image showed the booklet as single sided. I never changed any options and submitted the order. When I went to pick it up they were double sided. Even though I ordered the booklets at 1pm and they were done by 3pm, the gentleman in the store said they would remake them but would not be available until 7pm the following day. I did pick up the remakes and they were correct, but the only way they will remake your order quickly is to pay 100% of the cost again.Figured I would post this here since they asked for a review on their website but said it did not meet their posting guidelines.

I purchased this because office depot had it in stock and I did not want to go to Walmart and fight the crowds to get one cartridge. Your price was $4 higher so I paid it to avoid a crowded store. I had other products I tried to order online but they waited the next day to tell me it was not available...office depot sent me an email saying I would be contacted by the store to discuss my order . Never got that call or email from office depot. I went to the store the next day and was confronted by an aggressive and rude employee asking me for a list of what I wanted which they did not have anything available until I asked for the cartridge.I will not patronize any business who does not want my business. Printing 3 documents from your phone for 38¢ makes me really question if I ever need a home printer. Staff was delightful and even found a battery for my bathroom scale. Denton folks are just delightful, please dont change.

Im happy that they were open so early. Was in a bind and they helped me greatly. Staff immediately available to direct me to items I needed. Checkout process was smooth and am very pleased that I was able to pay via Google Wallet.

This is one place that needs an over haul of workers, tryed to get stuff printed, but apparently since Im not female! Cause they devoted their attention to them very quickly. I will not return ever.

Manager went out of his way to make sure I got the office desk that I wanted.I called for a delivery time at the 800 number provided, with no help.I called this store and got a call back within 5 minutes as to when furniture would be delivered.Reasonably priced items, especially office furniture.

The other day my sister and I went here to get a picture of her 83year old husbands army unit blown up for a funeral display and get five 5X7’s to give to the few remaining members still with us. While we waited she talked to the clerk about how men who serve together are even closer than brothers. To my surprise when we asked how much we owed she was told, “I am am so sorry for your loss and there’s no charge for the prints.” Neither of us will forget that young mans kind gesture. I may not have caught his name but I will not forget his face. With employees like this you will gladly have our business. Thank you so much.

I came here to order invoices for my dads company and the service was amazing. David and Jason helped me out in printing department and got me exactly what I needed. Every staff was friendly and nice. I was worried about ordering the wrong thing but David reassured me by his experience in printing and let me know my design was right. Thank you office Depot I will be returning.

My wife and I come here to print documents more than anything. Great place to print in bulk or just a few copies. The staff is always helpful, but never hovering or trying to get you to buy something. Never busy. As a matter of fact, every time we go out seems like were the only customers in there. Everything you would expect this store to be and nothing more.

About the only option in Denton if you cant wait on Amazon. They have three lines all leading up to the same counter. I watched for a few minutes and no one knew where to go. Its a silly check-in process that is annoying. They ask for your cell phone number to add you to the queue.

I have limited mobility. I wad met at the door and was offered by the store employee to wait at check out and he would return with the products I needed to save me from moving about the store. Im only guessing they had no mobility shopping cart. I appreciated this service.

Usually I love shopping here. They have self-help copiers that if you have questions they will help with. If you need help finding a computer they are one-shot. Always service with a smile.

The staff was very helpful! I came for the self photocopy and the experience was nice, except for the machine got stuck and needed to be reseted, which took me an extra 5 minutes to finish copying my papers. Still recommend tho!

They were not able to accommodate what I needed to be printed... I asked them to help me with special print but printing 1slide on half the paper they said come back with a template

I do not think I will be going back to this Office Depot again. After searching for my items I went to check out and Jim and Amelia, the only employees I saw in the store, could not check me out properly and I left with no items. First, it was a hassle for them to discount a package of pens, as it was a buy 2 get 1 free sale, and then, after several errors from the computer system, the system locked up and i was moved from one register to another (After Jim tried to check me out on his smartphone?) Then, after more error notifications, I decided to just leave, because at this point I had been there for almost an entire hour. They told me it was my credit card, which isnt true because the first computer had read my card and showed my number and expiration date on the computer screen, and the error message did not read insufficient funds, it read form message error. 5 minutes before they suggested I call my bank to check on my card, I had been told it was the system not my card. I am disappointed in the way they handled the situation and blamed it on my card when both computers had read my card and I had entered my PIN number twice by then. I think the store that day had been poorly staffed and the computer system needs to be updated or replaced. The employees were very rude, unhelpful, and even cussed and blamed me while I was right there to hear. All in all, one stars seems to much to give as a rating.
