Place is constantly closed. Maybe give your few over-worked employees their overtime pay, hire additional help or close shop

Family Dollar is going to kill their workers if they dont give them all a raise and get more people in the store smh sad sad sad. I appalled the people thats working in the store and its a disgrace that the area manager on up isnt treating their employees right.

Fairly priced, well stocked.

Tonight about 8:30 there is very poor customer service by the cashier and refused to check me and my mother out because of a prior incident that was told to her boss therefore she doesnt check liars out. Very loud very rude and very confrontational.

Good prices on things that you need and its never that busy with too many people.....

Most HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SVC! Asked 3xs were something was and the cashier kept pointing but never would show me what I was looking for, even when I said I didn’t see it. She then started mumbling about how I could not see it to other customers in line! When I was checking out I asked her for her name and she would not give it to me, completely ignored me. I’ve shopped in this store for years; I was running in to get some batteries and supplies for the winter storm coming, I will NEVER come here again!

Selection was fine but all 3 employees up front were not wearing masks. one employee had one on but only covering his mouth, the other 2 just were not wearing one and one was eating chips.

Okay, For the amount and quality way youre getting way too expensive.

Fast friendly service. When i dont feel like getting lost in one if those super mega warehouse markets, i stop by my friendly neighborhood family dollar. I love the deals and savings!

There staff are always so kind and warming i come in probably every other morning the manager is the greatest wonderful attitude unlike other locations Ive been to and for us still being in a pandemic they have been keeping the shelves pretty well stocked

Customer service was great, they speak to you soon as you walk in door and they make sure you find everything ok. Good Job

A lot of what I’ve bought has been expired, some by a year. So check on the expiration dates for the food, especially if it isn’t a popular item. I’m ready for them to get their frozen food back. Last time I went they were almost completely out, but I think it might’ve been a technical problem I’m not even sure.

I was only in there for 5minutes when I noticed the customers where not wearing mask and the staff did not address it with them so I left the store.

MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT. THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE CALLED THE COPS ON MY WIFE BECAUSE SHE BROUGHT IN A RETURN AND THERE WAS NO ONE AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE TO SEE HER BRING IT IN. WHEN THE COP GOT THERE THEY LOOKED IT UP AND SAW THAT SHE HAD PURCHASED IT ALREADY. DONT YOU THINK A COMPETENT / NON-PARANOID PERSON WOULD HAVE ASKED TO SEE THE RECEIPT BEFORE CALLING THE COPS? THE STORE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PROFILED/JUDGED/DISRESPECTED. GOSH I COULD GO ON FOREVER ABOUT THIS DUMP.

I went here to shop for needed items they have some items look around to find what you need also I have to get my state inspection, tags this week eek laws something else police that is.

Horrible store, convenient for location but this staff doesn’t deserve their paycheck. Some fellow with brown hair denied access to people 20 minutes before closing!! I am very upset with the service and will be conctavting corporate!

One star is just enough for this store. I’m in here all the time yet one time in particular has really affected me. I went in with my boyfriend and I’m guessing because the associates believed we were stealing one women basically followed us around the store in a creepy manner. Then once we were at the front the other associate called her up there to watch her ring us up slowly. I spoke to the manager about this and of course she said that she’d “handle the situation” but who knows. Come here if you want to be profiled, and treated like a thief with your friends.
