We are so grateful for the amazing care and attention our little one has received at New Horizon. Especially during such a scary time with covid, weve felt as safe as we can sending our kiddo here. There are no words for the gratitude we have for these teachers. Truly wonderful human beings work here and their bond with each other is really special.A bit of grace needs to be extended to those working in education. Educators are juggling so much. Childcare is the priority. A delay in email responses is not a reflection of the care being provided here. Ive recommended New Horizon to friends and will continue to do so.

We’ve had an amazing experience with New Horizon this year. My daughter started in the 3 year class and is now in the 4 year class. The teachers are fantastic and Director Lisa continues to go above and beyond! She is the utmost professional and just wonderful with the kiddos! I decided to hold off on a move out of town because I didn’t want to lose such an amazing preschool. I pick my daughter up and she is singing & smiling! Just can’t best that! Thank you to all the staff that make it such a wonderful experience.

We couldnt love our experience with New Horizon Academy more. Our son started a month ago and has truly been thriving. The teachers are so loving, every single teacher in the school knows each childs name. Youre always greeted with a warm welcome from Miss Lisa or Miss Amanda. Really really special experience. We feel very fortunate to be part of this community.

We have been taking our kid to NHA for almost a year now and its been great! The best part is their timings and flexibility. Teachers are great at communicating with us about any of our kids needs or new developments. Ms. Lisa, the director, is also wonderful and has always responded to my concerns in a timely fashion. They are available to talk if we have any questions and have worked with us if we ever needed schedule changes.

Lisa and her team are wonderful teachers (all of them - Id name them all but Im afraid Ill miss some). Our daughter started as an infant and is now a toddler, beginning to say a few words. All the teachers at the daycare (even those not her direct teachers) know her by name. I especially appreciate the regular updates (meals, diaper changes, sleep times) they provide. And all the pics and videos.We are very grateful to the teachers. Thank you.

I could not be happier. The teacher and staff are caring people a really love the children. The director is always around and is very responsive when we reach out to her. My girls love it there.

We have been a family attending NHA Stapleton/Central park since little after they opened. Our oldest started when he was 3 years old, until he started Kinder at 5. Our youngest started when she was about 6 months old, and she still attends at 2. It was a little rocky at the beginning with a lot of changes in leadership, but I always felt my kids were taken care of. The new director, Lisa, has been there now for sometime, as she is very responsive to us, and shows that she cares about the families and teachers (she works so hard!!! I am always impressed of her work ethic). The teachers are great (shout out to Eneida (the baby whisperer), Kelley (who was able to help us potty train our oldest), Gracie, Paige, Noemi, Shanna, Tabby, Deya, Joey, SaMarye, Jackie, Ayasha, and the others I missed. We love them!). Also, I feel like other daycares/pre-schools have closed left and right with little heads-up, and that left families (specially those with frontline workers) alone to scramble. NHA has had great policies during COVID times, I think. Also, the facility is great. My kids have learned a lot, and the oldest was well-prepared for Kinder. I recommend it!

Teachers are great, director is phenomenal and my kids love it. Thank you for loving my children with all your heart.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!The administration at this building are careless and just say what you want hear. We should have seen the red flags from the beginning. We toured in June to enroll in August and when August came around WE had to call and email MULITPLE times to get an enrollment meeting.Once enrolled we werent given the access codes to the ridiculous number of apps they use in a timely manner. It took them the entire month we were there to get access to their tuition payment system. We were quoted the wrong tuition in June and never told about the tuition increase but charged the new amount. We gave a two week notice and we were charged for the first week we were unenrolled. When confronted about it they said they can give us a promotional discount for the weeks we were enrolled. Then the head director who promised the promotional discount said it wasnt possible but the refund for week we were unenrolled was. I had to reach out to corporate to get the tuition reimbursement for the tuition they overcharged us. Corporate approved the refund but it has yet to arrive three weeks later!!! Which is not surprising based on all the ignored emails and calls we have received from this place.I would only go here if absolutely necessary. The infant care room teachers are amazing and doing the best in they can with the poor leadership they are shown.

Love this place. When we drop our child off, we are confident all the employees will treat him as if he was their own. With a great leader like Roni overseeing the Colorado daycares, I am confident the policies and procedures that have made this family owned daycare grow all the way from Minnesota to Colorado will be followed, keeping our child safe, but creating a fun and learning environment for all kids.

Beautiful new center! I am proud to say I belong to this great community of devoted, hardworking, and amazing teachers. Like any other place we’ve been through some struggles; because finding these amazing teachers and staff takes time. We have an amazing leadership team that does everything they can to support their staff and the families of our student’s. Everyone is so friendly, professional, and respectful. We have a strong diverse staff that creates a warm and safe culture for all children grow in!

The is such an amazing daycare! The staff are so friendly and try there best to make your experience with them the best they can. And on top of that the teachers are so good with the kids and are able to care for all! Even those who have major allergies or learning disorders. Even through a few director changes they stay strong and devoted to your childs care.

I have worked and have been teaching in the early education field for 20 years, and have been here at New Horizon Academy for a little over a year now. Every child care center has positive things in the school, and negative areas that could need more work on. New Horizon Academy has been nothing but positive for me. I enjoy my coworkers and the management team, and absolutely adore all my families. We are in tough times right now with the whole COVID, but New Horizon has been on top of the game as far as keeping staff and families safe and healthy. They have followed and implemented every health and safety guidelines put in by the state. And as for the curriculum, it is outstanding! Every school I had worked for in the past, has NOT followed through with the curriculum and what they tell parents what their child will be learning while enrolled at the school. New Horizon has a fantastic weekly curriculum, and makes sure that teachers have everything they need to implement the lesson plans and help the children learn and grow. I have definitely found my home away from home!

I have felt a tremendous amount of support from the area director and corporate. To top it off my daughter loves going to New Horizon Academy. She has a love of learning....thanks to Ms. Gracie, Ms Tabby and Ms Maya. Thank you NHA!

We’ve been thrilled with the staff at the Stapleton location. They went through a lot to get open and have been so welcoming the whole time! My daughter was having a tough time transitioning to a new school and her teachers, Cary and Holly all took time to talk with me about how we can make it easier on her. My daughter now loves the school and loves saying “hello” and “goodbye” to everyone on her way in/out. Our newborn son will be going there in a few months too! Thanks to Cary and the whole crew for making this a smooth transition! You rock!

Poor quality daycare! After Cary left it all went down hill. Roni is the one who likes to stir the pot and plays victim. Cary was not trained to be able to run the school. After Cary left Crystal stepped in, who lived off of drama. She would start arguments between teachers and laugh in her office with teachers who never worked and would sit up front. These arguments would happen in front of children and Roni and Crystal would allow it!Naemah was the director who didnt play favorites and actually started to make a change in the school but Crystals friends didnt like her so they made up lies about her. A lot of Crystals friends played victim and said she was so mean to them when in all reality they were mad their friend left and they had to ACTUALLY work like the rest of us.HEALTH ISSUES!!!! Roni does not believe in covid so she doesnt believe she needs to follow the mask ordinance from the state. She combines children from different classrooms together! Which causes a HIGHER CHANCE OF EXPOSURE.I dont blame parents pulling their children, they arent getting what they pay for. It is a hostile work environment, and some teachers are only there to make sure they can pay their bills and work early shift hours.A teacher threatened another teacher that they were going to choke them out. The same teacher who made the threat has walked around and told teachers she has dug up a grave for the same teacher she threatened. The hostile and violent teacher is still employed at New horizon academy Stapleton and is very hostile towards all staff members and children. When reported Roni laughed it off, she enjoys drama and negativity like Crystal.This school does not follow their mission statement! They have lost plenty of great quality teachers, teachers who have been there since before the opened. They do not care about the kids getting quality care. ONLY CARE ABOUT EXPANSION! And most of the time Roni walks around and talks so negative about families who are concerned about their childrens environment and even calls them b******. Its better to pay for great quality then somewhere that is this bad and definitely not worth it.Roni is writing her own reviews. She just wants to cover up her mess.

My three year old daughter has attended preschool at New Horizon Academy since it opened. She loves it! The teachers are warm and welcoming, the classrooms and playgrounds are beautiful and fun, and the curriculum strikes a great balance between play and learning. There are occasional hiccups in the technology platform (Tadpoles) but the staff have been responsive and are available to chat in person at drop-off and pick-up. With the high (and growing) demand for quality childcare in the neighborhood, New Horizon is a welcome addition!

My 3 year old daughter has attended for almost a month and we have loved it. All of the staff have been absolute professionals, warm, inviting and most importantly incredible with my baby. She doesnt want to miss a day!!!!!

Hiring process is horrendous and unprofessional. I interviewed with former director Crystal. She didn’t get back with me to see if I was chosen for position. I called two weeks later and she forgot about me and said to meet with the new director Naeemah because she was transferring to Centennial location. I show up the following day. The place is understaffed and Naeemah isn’t prepared so she tells me to login to her computer and print out my resume and transcripts then tells me to leave and she’ll call me. I already interviewed and assumed this second meeting was to I introduce myself because former director said I qualified to be an assistant teacher. Now I have to wait for response. I get an email a week later from new director, Naeemah saying she would like to unofficially this welcome me to the team and to please send transcripts. Note that I already printed them out for her the day I went to meet and had already given the transcripts to Crystal. I send my unofficial transcripts and buy my official transcripts showing my completed ECE classes and attach them to the email as well. In the unofficial welcome email, Naeemah stated to send transcripts of degree and or completed classes. I did that and never got a response back. For a short-staffed, unorganized facility, I would assume they are in need of some assistance. Poor management.

Our family feels blessed to have discovered the Stapleton New Horizon team. Regional director, location director and assistant as well as staff teachers and environment have all been exceptional for us and our daughter. Our daughter adores her teachers and as working parents, what more can we ask than our child feels safe and secure while growing and having fun each day. Having been through this journey for round 2 we know child care, learning and development are emotional experiences for parents and kids. The directors, teachers and staff have been communicative, attentive, responsive, empathetic and proactive with our family and daughter. Our holistic engagement gives us confidence that our child is learning and growing with attention, care, TLC and the best of intentions each day. Nothing in life or for our children is ever perfect so I share gratitude to the Stapleton team for caring. And for sharing their hearts and best efforts to our daughter each day. It’s a tough job to lead a center, care for kids and to be a teachers so thank you.

So far very dissatisfied with front office staff at the Stapleton location. Make sure you have double the amount they say they will charge you, they can get out of control charging your account.
