We had our son at the start of this pandemic -- and navigating child care through the pandemic has been a challenge all its own! Luckily, we were able to tour Clever Kids pre-pandemic, and instantly fell in love with the center and knew it would be our first choice.(Pros: professional staff, kind/knowledgeable teachers who have been there for 15/20+ years, bright & beautiful center with large windows in each classroom and wonderful playgrounds outside, peaceful environment at the Federal Center. Cons: Slightly clunky mobile app, and you have to drive through security everyday -- but we look at it as added safety)While they had to close during the first summer of the pandemic -- we tried two other daycares in the meantime (covid closures had us shuffling around for a bit), and when we finally made the choice to move our son to Clever Kids once we learned they re-opened, it made us realize how amazing Clever Kids Daycare really was. Clever Kids has been, hands down, the best daycare our son has been at. This pandemic has been especially difficult for all daycare providers -- but Clever Kids has really gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe, while still keeping teachers and parents connected and engaged.Our son has truly thrived in the infant room-- this is in large part due to the fantastic teachers in the room. They have an incredible amount of experience and I have learned so much from them, especially Ms. Meg, as a first time parent. They have wonderful activities planned for them everyday, and they get to go outside (weather permitting) most days. Weve been at daycares where infants can easily be put in a swing or bouncy chair and not much stimulation is provided -- but this is not the case at all for Clever Kids!We are so grateful for all of the teachers and staff at Clever Kids -- we feel so rest-assured that our son is in caring hands -- and we truly realize how rare that is. Thank you so much.

My child has been attending Clever Kids since she was 10 weeks old and I couldnt be more happy with the care she has received. Starting in the infant room, she was given an enormous amount of love from highly experienced teachers. My daughter was able to form trusting relationships with the ladies who cared for her because many of the staff have been there for years and years. As a new parent, there were many things that came up and it seemed as if the ladies always had an answer for my dilemma. They listened to my concerns and were thoughtful and considerate when they gave me an answer.When she moved to the toddler classroom, she continued to establish loving and trusting relationships with her teachers but what I was most excited about was the activities they provided her with. She was engaged in art projects nearly everyday which is very messy but very necessary for her future development. She was also given the opportunity to do things on her own and they were so patient with her. She learned self-help skills like drinking from an open cup, using a spoon to eat her food, cleaning up after herself, washing her hands, learning to use the toilet, and so much more!Now that she is in a preschool classroom she continues to develop those self-help skills and is provided an ample amount of activities to keep her busy. The thing I love most about all of the rooms is the level of attention the teachers give to my daughter. This is a play-based center so they inspire her to learn directly through the things she is most interested in, in the most appropriate way. They never expose her to screen time which I think is so remarkable in todays society. In my opinion, kids always have a lot of access to new technology and dont get enough play time. That is not the case at Clever Kids. They are active and engaged learners without all of the screen time. A lot of experienced employees. They really love the kids. No complaints!

Almost went here, but just like many other educators they are just an understaffed daycare. They dont look into their staff so they can reduce turnover. Parents, look into your kids teachers please because they dont.
