Was told this was the address was an office/permanent location for Chic Studios a makeup school with three locations. This is a shared office space that they apparently rent out occasionally. Trying to portray a permanent business when its a pop up workshop came across as deceptive. My gut told me to check this out in person before committing over a thousand dollars to attend.I Im so glad I went in person to find out it doesnt exist before getting taken for money. Amy confirmed this tour and everything. They may do great makeup, but sleazy business practice to advertise they are something they are clearly not.

Chic Studios is an excellent professional makeup school. The owner Amy, Chic staff and instructors are wonderful people to work with! They are all very knowledgeable (with many years in experience), friendly, and genuinely helpful when it comes to scheduling and teaching you how to master makeup techniques- ranging from airbrush makeup for bridal, TV/Film makeup, contour/highlighting, etc! In Chic Studios, not only would you get a plethora of makeup kits and many techniques to learn as a professional makeup artist, but also youd get frequent hands-on training, whether it be to practice your craft on models in the studio or go to events/shows to showcase what you learn in the classes. They even have business classes, so youd learn the ins-and-outs of the beauty industry, and you will know how to run your own business successfully! Everyone at Chic Studios really encourage you to get creative and expressive in your own style! Youd definitely get an outstanding professional makeup education here!

I just graduated from the online course due to Covid, but I am so impressed at how everything was handled! I will be joining in person in Denver and LA later in the year, but I learned so much, and all my instructors have continuously been so supportive and helpful.

If youre looking for a great intensive and hands on course, you need to come to Chic Studios Denver! Its not only a great class for beginners, but they touch on techniques that are great to keep working on like eyeliner, brows, and contour. If youre advanced as well, they can help refine those skills and improve them since their instructors are pros in the beauty industry in NYC and LA. Loved taking this class and would recommend for everyone!

I was a model for the Chic Studios, and had great time with the teachers, students, the girls were awesome! I felt like a pictures was being paint by a artist! So much fun

If your looking for a hands on makeup class this is the class for you very good use of information, great energy awesome instructors , no stupid question they answer everything and will help when needed. I highly recommend this class.

I’ve learned an immense amount about makeup, application, tools and client relations. I found Kayti Pillor to be a phenomenally intuitive teacher and incredibly talented. Her ability to use her own artistry as well as explain industry norms has been fun to watch!

I attended the Chic Studios pop-up workshop in Denver over the weekend as a Model- I have never done anything like this! Makeup has always intimidated me, I think makeup is an amazing art form but I have always been scared of it. So this was definitely out of my comfort zone, and I LOVED it.Amy and Kayti are extremely professional in what they do, the location was beautiful, and the classroom environment was delightful.To all the amazing student there, please dont feel afraid to contact me anytime.
