Epic fail!I am not coming back ever to this place, the service is extremely poor. I went for partial highlights and this fake bleach blonde Rachel lied to my face saying they will lift my color by 7 levels, my hair turned the ugliest orange ever and she didnt fix it. No warm water to rinse the hair as well as ridiculous prices like $75 for a disaster when they advertised $35 and up, this Rachel didnt use foils nor hats, two hours for nothing. Unacceptable! My hair ended dry and damaged due to a cheap lightener powder

The last time I came here for a full set and pedicure, my AMAZING nail tech (who is a student here but has plenty of prior experience) did a great job, however, she used the schools primer instead of her own product, and its a very poor quality product. Three of my nails have come right off and others are loose. I also dont like how during the hour and a half that I was being offered service, the teacher was hovering the whole time as if my nail tech didnt know what shes doing and he was rushing her. Highly annoying. My nail tech also used HER products for accents on my nails, and they tried to charge extra even though she used HER product. They take students tips as well, as if they dont earn enough money off of their students performing overcharged services. They dont treat their students well at all, which can be discouraging to clients eager to allow others to learn.

The students here do a competent and thorough manicure and pedicure. The price is sooo reasonable. My first time here. I was brought by a friend who highly recommends it. I will be back. Very pleased.

Id say its a fair place to get a pedicure for the $15 price or whatever they are charging that day . The students spend about an hour on your feet, its relaxing and mostly a quiet environment. I wouldnt recommend having your acrylics done here the products are not professional as my nails started to chip at the base within a couple days.

New supervisors who seem only interested in getting clients to buy a service they do not want. Prices went up on the services they provide, but they are not posted so if you go in and ask for a pedi/mani you get a quote from the male and a different higher quote from the female. Dont know their names as they are so unfriendly. Seem pretty crooked to me.

I will NEVER EVER go to this place again! I had just grown out my eyebrows from the last three years getting them waxed. I was having a busy day and decided well I live around here so let me give this place a chance. I showed the lady exactly how I wanted them done from a poster they had up well let’s just say they didn’t come out no where close to the picture. There wa no arch whatsoever, they were the thinnest I’ve ever had my eyebrows and one had more hair then thee other not to mention a patch of hair missing from one eyebrow. I told her they don’t look like the picture at all she said I try to clean them up, you want me to fix. I said no I’m good because by this time I’m thinking if I let you “fix” them one might come out with no hair and thee other with hair. I complained all the way to the counter no one said anything!!! Do not go here for eyebrow waxing ever!!!!

The acrilics are awful and no one understands basic instructions. Asked for pointy almond shape and got square that are 3 times thicker at the end than my nail bed.

I told the gentleman I needed lowlights and highlights and partial foil for shoulder length hair. He said it will cost around $35. I drove all the way there and now they say its $60. This place has language barrier. I walked out.

I just got there at 6pm. sat down for about 15 minutes and then the instructor decided to tell me that she was closed. I guess she doesnt know that the open sign says open and it shows them being open until 7 p.m. when you look them up.
