Fast, friendly, and efficient. Not only did I get to take my drive test within a half hour of showing up but the instructor was happy and intelligent. Overall an amazing experience.

Dorine was so nice from the minute I walked in to the time I walked out and was very professional. She made me feel comfortable and had amazing customer service skills.

The weather was freezing but he had 2 large thick blankets so my family barely get the cold. We stopped for pictures several times and the driver took great pictures of us with our phone. Not to mention the beautiful ride through the park and knowledge we learned about different areas. Wonderful trip will definitely be back again!

Doreen was very nice and super helpful. Before coming here I saw a lot of mixed reviews but this place is awesome I passed first time and she gave me advice. The front counter was also super friendly and had me sit down to take the test in only 5 minutes. If you see bad reviews it’s probably people mad they didn’t pass. But definitely a recommendation to come here.

Best experience I’ve had driving!!! Almost no waiting time, very friendly secretary, driving tutor was friendly and made me feel no pressure at all. I would recommend any person I could there and very reasonable pricing. I work in customer service myself and I’d give them a 15 out of 10

The easiest process that I could’ve gone through. Walked in and was seen immediately, took my driving test in about 15 minutes and was out the door. Everyone there made me feel welcomed and appreciated, too!

This review is based off of the written permit test my little brother took. The service was quick and easy. The lady that helped us was nice. The other lady didnt look all too friendly. The other 2 in there that looked like the owners were cool as well. More of a real down to earth people that doesnt sugar coat things when they talk or grade you so maybe thats why people are not liking it.

The people working there where so nice and treated me and my mom and my husband very good the lady that we did our driving test she was so awesome and very nice will recommend this place.

The receptionist at this location - or whichever lady is answering the phone - has a foreign accent so thick that shes almost unintelligible. She *was* able to answer my question eventually. This review will be updated.

The WORST customer service. Be aware of $100 Non-Refundable deposit when nothing has been done. No pick-up option for 6 hour driving school course. I cant really comment about the instructors but from all the reviews, there is a bad behavioral pattern toward the customers and students.

I was beyond pleased with the professionalism and how patient they were with my family. My tail light was out & the driving instructor even helped us replace the bulb. Very nice people with fast service. I highly recommend them.

Everyone was so nice and professional. The staff at Western Slope Driving Institute made getting my license back so fast and conveinent. If you need to do anything from learning how to drive to taking the written or road test you need to come see these amazing people!

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. The instructor was extremely rude, he didnt even CARE about introducing himself and giving me his name.I thought I did the test perfectly, and when we got back he said I didnt pass because of some LIES that he COMPLETELY MADE UP!! He said that I didnt look to my mirrors, when OF COURSE I DID, I mean I always use the mirrors and even MORE IN A DRIVING TEST!! I even looked over my shoulder... Then he also would wait to the last minute to give me directions!!! And it was also hard to understand his directions because his english wasnt even good. At certain point he literally said turn here and I turned and then he said he was talking about the next street... then why did he say here? These are NOT things that concern the law, this is just an ass trying to make money. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

Doreen was completely rude. They said they close at 4 when it clearly states they close at 445. There are also pictures of the front of their door that says 445! Worst customer service.

Both my sons took their driving tests for their first drivers licenses with WSDI and the experience was absolutely amazing for them & me! Always a stressful situation especially the first time but the staff took extra care to ease their nerves. I would recommend to any parent or anyone else.

This place not only has horrible customer service it is a straight up scam. Theyre driving testers attitude was rude and suspicious from the get go. He waited to the last minute to give instructions and when I asked a question about if I should keep going straight, his answer was dismissive and condescending. After the test he alerted me that I had failed due to the most minuscule mistakes Ive ever heard and he even said that he saw my eyes through my sunglasses and I wasnt looking in the rearview mirror which is a lie. He also claimed I want 25 in a school zone when my speedometer hit 22 for a second . When we got back he was only too happy to tell me that I could retest tomorrow at the five dollar discounted rate of 45$. He did the same thing to the two people before me and Im thinking that they do that to everyone so that everybody has to take the test twice. I have never written a bad review before nor do I normally write reviews at all but my experience here was so horrible that I felt the need to let people know about this potential scam at worst, and just god awful business at best.

I went to this place to take my son to take the driving test and at the end of the driving test instructor went to my very rough and told me that my son was a terrible driver who failed the driving test but had to pass it Based on the Colorado law, the instructor made my son feel very bad. I understand that he is learning and he has mistakes but why did the instructor not tell him in a less rude way and if he did not pass the test why did the instructor still pass him rather than making him take the test again.

I took my son in on his 16th Birthday to get his drivers license and we were met with smiles and encouragement from the staff. Step by step instructions and even some follow up review after my son passed his drivers test. I would highly recommend the Western Slope Driving Institute!By the way....the DMV is right next door!!

Im not usually one for posting online reviews, but my experience with Western Slope Driving School was so good today that I thought I should throw ‘em a few stars...The wait for a driving test at the DMV to reinstate my license is ridiculous; 3 weeks for a 15 minute test. So, I looked up driving schools that are state-accredited on the DMV site & found Western Slope, which is pretty close to my work. There were quite a few negative reviews on Google, but I figured those were probably just from bad drivers who failed their tests because they’re bad drivers. Aaaaandthat seems to be the case! My personal experience was super easy & quick, in and out in a half hour or so. Mike gave me my test & was very friendly...dinged me on a couple of not-checking-my-blind-spots, but those were my fault anyways...still passed with a B. Great place to get a driver’s test if you need one, & the cheapest one I found after calling 3 or 4 other places. 2 thumbs up!

Be aware of all these ghetto places aroundDMV on Mississippi ...If I could I will give them zero stars!Pure scam!They fail you to get your $ so you will come back and pay again!There was a lot of immigrants too...Maybe cuz they think there are not any other options to take tests : written or driving...Feel comfortable bc everyone speaks there native language.

Worthless and unfriendly. The girl who is usually behind the counter has a major attitude problem. There are places that are way cheaper and will treat you better. Avoid this place if you can.

If you work hard to make your money dont ever go near western slope on Mississippi. they are no bueno. I received the worst customers service ever from them. they only care about your money. I had a road test and they claimed I failed and in two days I had another road test at dmv office in Aurora and I got my license. western slope on Mississippi wanted me to come back for the test and pay 45.00 after I had paid 60.00 and they failed me. dont ever go close to this office unless you pick money from dustbin.
