The woman on the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She called me asking for my name laughing, didnt state who she was or why she was calling when I asked, and then proceeded to hang up the phone. When I called back she said she hung up because it seemed like you didnt want an appointment , when I asked her when the next available appointment would be she lectured me on how I was supposed to answer my phone, told me she had someone else on the line, and hung up again.

I passed my road test! After falling at IOM Driving school on June 4th, I scheduled an appointment here for the very next day. My instructor was extremely calm and patient with me. He made sure I was extremely comfortable, which I appreciated.Before the drivers test, I took on a lesson with an instructor a few weeks ago. He also was amazing and attentive. His main focus was controlling the vehicle and speed awareness. Highly recommended!!

I have been here twice, once with my younger brother and myself both to take driver’s tests and we were treated respectfully and quickly. Driving instructor is great and let’s you know what you must improve on or did well on. Thank you Dawn Driving School. P.S. with COVID shutting down the DMVs this place was a blessing!

The black lady on the table does not know where she was doing if customers asked questions. She gets mad and aggressive. Definitely not recommended. It’s very expensive compare to other places plus poor customer services.

I recommend this place 10 out of 10 the customer service was great that instructor was very kind forgiving I recommend this place for anyone who wants a relaxed instructor and whos not mean and grumpy like other instructors!!! The other comments that I have read about this place that are negative are just people who didnt pass the test and are just butt hurt 😂😂😂

Got driving test pass in first attempt. Instructor is super cool and honest.

I had a great experience with these folks. Professional, tidy and very polite. They had their own vehicle so I didnt need to use my own for the test and I appreciated that. Again the vehicle was clean and all safety checks performed before leaving for the test. I set my appointment the same day, I was in and out in 30 mins. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

Both people that I interacted with were, professional, respectful and friendly. I passed my driving test and the process was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend.

My boyfriend called, was put on “hold” and hung up on. I called about an hour and a half later, the woman who answered said she was helping someone else and would call me back then hung up without even taking my number... If they don’t want to help their customers then they just need to be shut down.

My girlfriend called to ask a simple question about a past appointment and the women over the phone was very rude to her. She refused to provide any help just because she was being lazy. The woman over the phone lacked basic professionalism and communication. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Daniel is an amazing instructor, really friendly and makes you feel relaxed while you’re on the road. Explains things really well and teaches driving in a very safe manner. He builds your confidence in yourself,very calm and patient and trains you really well in a way you will find easy.I passed my driving test in first attempt. The owner was very unwelcoming the first time I took my son to take his test. The second time was just as bad. TheThe woman was very unfriendly and rude. They hiked the price up by 5$ and charged 2$ for gloves to use while there. When I asked why, the husband was very aggressive with me telling me they they have to make up the money they lost during the pandemic. Which I understood, but the husband should have not been so aggressive with me as a woman. I felt they were much nicer to the Caucasian and Ethiopian customers. Also, Dawns Driving school charges $28 to take the permit test and the DMV only charges 11$. Just so you know if you fail the test at Dawns Driving school (even after you pay the 28$) you will still owe the DMV 11$ for that failed test. Dawns Driving school should inform people of this. That is very UNETHICAL for them not to inform us of this. Please dont waste your time or money on this place.

I don’t not recommend this place. This is my third time going there and they said I failed. I’m not being racist, this African guy front said it’s his first time taking the test and he passed. Im proud of him for passing, but I have been driving for 2 year and I everything he asked he said I was speeding. When I’m following the speed limit. You will just wast $60 or more from going to this place. I don’t not recommend going here. Unless you just want to spend $60 for failing.

I really appreciated how friendly the employees at this driving school were. Id previously taken my drivers license test at the American Driving Academy in Aurora, and had a terrible experience there due to a tense, unpleasant person who tested me. At Dawns Driving School I was treated with respect and kindness, this helped put me at ease for a test I was nervous about. I also liked how they were able to schedule my test quickly. I would definitely recommend this place over other schools in the area, based on my experience there.

Judging by the reviews, the only logical explanation for anyone to provide a 1-star rating is because they failed the test. Perhaps rightly so too. This is because the staff are honest, they work very hard, and they conduct the work in exactly the manner theyre required. A good place for anyone that has any requirements to fulfill with drive training and satisfying drivers license requirements.

The girl who answers the phone is super rude and this business must be closed. They are not professional at all especially the girl who answers the phone. They ran the business Somalian way. So if there are -20 stars I will give it to them. Stay away from this place

The driving instructors and the lady in the office are all really nice. The office was really cold but they did have a small space heater on. The reason for the 4 stars is because the office furniture is really basic and outdated. Other than that, no problems arise. I will recommend this school to everyone. The testing cars they have are older toyota corollas and a Honda civic.

I had a great experience here. the driving instructor was very nice and answered all my questions. I moved to Denver with an expired license, my fault totally. I needed to take the behind the wheel exam, they got me in right away. I was a little hesitant because some of the negative reviews, I suspect these reviews are racial or religious intolerance based. Really nice people who were very helpful. I highly recommend!

The best driving school in Colorado.

Took my daughter for her permit test and the customer services was so bad we left and went to DMV. I was planning on having her take driving classes here but after the extremely rude man wanted to talk over the lady helping us, I decided to take my business somewhere else. Apparently they feel its okay to talk down to and degrade their customers. The lines at DMV were more pleasant than the jerk that runs this dump.

I went to the DMV and failed my first road test , so I decided to try and re take my driving test else were , & being the fact they got me in the next day makes it that much easier and the instructor was super nice and I passed my driving test at Dawn Driving School with flying colors witch made me so happy being the fact my birthday is in two days ! 60 $ was well worth it to me so Id recomend this place as long as you do a good job on your test you have no worries !

This place is terrible, speak down on Thier customers.Im driving and the person who took me to do the test was holding my steering wheel while Im trying to turn they dont let you just drive in peace but they interrupt while youre trying to drive If you do not have to go here DO NOT. I pass the driving test but their customer service is terrible. Do not go here!!!!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would.
