This was an excellent course! I learned a lot and feel 100% more comfortable on a bike now. Ty was an exceptional riding coach and instructor. There were a few little hiccups in the whole process but nothing that wasnt at least attempted to be rectified. I would definitely recommend this course. (BRC)

This place is a rip off do not sign up. I was told I could have a refund on my money if I could not make the date I was scheduled for. That is a complete lie. They are nothing but crooks. Do not waste your money here. I since went and took my class else where and it was fantastic. He even gave a warning on how poorly these guys prepare people to go out in the real world and ride. Wish I would have known that before hand.

This company denied the full legal use of a gift Certificate according to federal laws requiring expiration dates be no less than 5 years from issue date. I was denied use of the $275 gift certificate and never reimbursed. This company is a psuedoscam. Colleen Boyle the owner is violating federal laws by not refunding these gift cards she refuses to honor. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

These are lies. Im sure any positive reviews are made by the owner. Ive spoke to numerous people this company has ripped off. All the other companies know that this company is basically a front to steal from people also. IM WORKING ON A CLASS ACTION SUIT, PLEASE CONTACT IF YOU ARE A VICTIM. I dont want them to pray on someone who is just trying to do the right thing and learn how to ride from a class and over $350. Its ridiculous they dont have any accountability.

SHUT THEM DOWN! COLLEEN IS A SCAMMER. They will take money you worked hard for and give you nothing. Go anywhere but here. You could just ask a guy on a bike for some tips and you will leave with more then you will here and for less then $400! Total con-artists.

I took the Basic Rider Course with T3RG and their trainer, Pete, to earn my motorcycle endorsement. It was a great experience and worth every penny. When I signed up, they provided me with a very concise email explaining exactly where to acquire my study booklet, where to go for training, the schedule, etc. They also were very clear about their expectations of the student arriving on time, with proper materials and riding gear. There was no guesswork involved. My knowledge and riding level was above some in the class and below others, and Pete did a great job of adapting to everyone and making sure we all were both challenged and successful.I highly recommend this company, trainer and program to anyone wanting to be safer on the street and become more skillful at handling motorcycles. Thanks Pete, Colleen and T3RG.

I am so disappointed in this company. Their website is not well made at all. I deal with technology and websites on a daily basis and I found their site hard to navigate. Scheduling a way harder than it needs to be.As a gift for my husband for Christmas I signed him up for the basic rider two course so he could get his motorcycle endorsement. He has ridden dirt bikes for years so he did not need the basic 1 course that is a two day class. He just needed a motorcycle refresher and test for the license. What they do not tell you and is not made very clear on their website is you MUST have your own motorcycle for this class. Meaning you must buy or rent a motorcycle and ride it to their class without a license. They even indicate on their class page that this is for riders with experience to get legal. When we called them about this they literally laughed at us and told us there was nothing they could do and that we would absolutely not see our money back. So thats $195 they have of ours that we are getting nothing for and are not going to see again despite that they did not provide us any goods or services. In short, they are crooks and do not seem to care about their customers one bit, (let alone the state laws.) Steer clear!

Loved the class. As a rider of over 20 years I learned a lot more than expected. I had many bad habits and the class made me a much better rider. Jesse Roush was an excellent instructor!

Very serious but good humored training, both in classroom and on the bike with a very small group. Ive had my motorcycle endorsement for 8 months now and with a bit of perspective, I realize just how valuable this training was.

For those not wanting to read a long review!!Bottom line. Great Employees, awful company management and NO Customer Service/accomidations.For those of you who would like to read more,Biased off of other reviews from years ago, and mirroring my own experience in 2018, I see no change in this companies willingness to serve their customers. Word of advice to this company, if they are in it for a long haul, and not scamming money from people, DO NOT advertise what you cannot deliver.Though I had a very personable, understanding, and nice instructor, I have some serious problems with the ethics and moralities of the company. In the United States usually the increase in price of a product increases their customer service, warranty, hospitality, and accommodations relative to their competitors. Right? Not with T3RG. They have as much Customer service as water there is in the Sahara desert.

I hate to leave a poor review because the instructor I met was very friendly and seemed knowledgable, but the owner of the company is absolutely wretched. I had the misfortune of having a few phone calls with her. Both times she was very unpleasant and immediately confrontational. I tried to take the class two weeks ago, but was unable to make it due to a family crisis. I called to reschedule and explained my situation hoping for a little sympathy. I found none. She got confrontational to the point where I had to take a step back and explain to her that I wasnt trying to get in an argument. I had to pay $150 to reschedule. I tried to do the homework at 7 on the Friday before my course, and realized that the booklet required isnt available online. Its 2016, get with the times. So I show up and explain to the instructor. He was very understanding and friendly. He was going to let me complete the course, however the owner stepped in and kicked me out. We talked on the phone and she was extremely rude. I dont understand how a company can operate with zero standards for customer service. She started to curse at me on the phone until she eventually hung up after I told her I refused to pay another rescheduling fee. Apparently they do not care about sharing the joys of the road with new riders. They simply see you as a dollar bill. In the end I drove 40 mins (both ways) and payed $500 out of pocket, only to be treated poorly and have nothing to show for it. Wouldnt recommend to someone I didnt like. Please avoid.

T3RG is a great school for beginners like myself to people who want to refresh their memory and get the motorcycle endorsement without the hassle of trying to wait and get an appointment to test at the DMV. The instructors are state certified to pass you and let you go right to the DMV and get the endorsement! Jesse Roush was my instructor, and I HIGHLY recommend him for his patience, competence, and encouragement of his students.

I wish they actually offered the $150 scooter introduction course like they advertise online. I called t3rg and the woman who answered the phone was decent, but when I asked about the scooter course she said there was no such thing and what I actually needed to take the $350, 2 day, 10 hour motorcycle course. Im on a 49cc scooter, cruisin neighborhood streets at 20 mph goin to get groceries and back. I dont need the same education as someone ridin a Harley at 80mph. I told her thanks for her time but I must have the wrong place because Im just looking for a scooter class. Got back home to my computer and found that it was in fact their website that offered this 4 hour, $150 course which is more in my budget, my time limits and my basic needs. I called her back and told her about the course I found on their website that I was interested in and thats when the attitude started. BIG attitude. Like woah lady. Dont advertise something you dont offer, dont mislead people to get an extra $200 out of them, and most importantly dont be rude to someone who might be your client one day. Ill find someone else to give my money to.

T3RG terms and conditions regarding class cancellation.Class changes with more than 24 hours’ notice will be made gladly with no charge. Class changes with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be possible. No refunds.T3RG canceled my class with LESS THEN 24 hours and as such I could not reschedule that time off and cannot take the class.Regardless of the stipulated 24 hours notice T3RG will not refund your money. They will break their own terms and conditions and them require you respect the NO REFUNDS portion. This is extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and scummy.Way to go T3RG, youve successfully stolen $320.I found another motorcycle class in the area for $200 before the discount they gave me after telling them about your practices.
