We loved our experience with KinderCare! They got our baby in quickly and Kim and her team are absolutely wonderful to work with! Very empathetic and always answered our calls. We knew our baby was well cared for and learning every day. I would highly recommend!

I have been so happy with the care my daughter has gotten over the past 5 months at Denver KinderCare in the infant room. I have found all the teachers to be so caring and really seem excited to see her. Miss Deanna has been especially great to work with! She lets my husband and I know about how our daughters day was and keeps us in the loop with what they are working on in the classroom. It has been so nice to feel comfortable with where we are leaving our girl during the day. We get pictures or videos each day that helps us to feel involved while we are at work. I would definitely recommend KinderCare to friends and family based on our experience so far! Thank you all for everything you do!!!

We enrolled our one year old recently. Due to Covid we had postponed his start date. The director Kim followed up regularly for updates and was very flexible. Our son is always excited to go to daycare. The workers are always super friendly and I am impressed they know all the kids names! We love getting pictures and videos of him on the app, it makes our day. We are very happy with how everything is going and would recommend them.

We have been at KinderCare since Spring 2019. We now have both of our children (Infant and 2 year old) there. We couldnt be happier with the experience so far. The teachers are so loving, spend time to get to know my family and kids as individuals. Ms. Laura has had both of my children in the infant room, and she is honestly amazing. My children are happy going to daycare everyday. Couldnt ask for a better experience so far.

My experience with them wasnt what I was expecting. I feel that the staff gave up on my child. For a daycare center youd think they would have it under control. I think if they had more resources and support for struggling families and children it couldve worked out, but Im glad to move on. Definitely dont recommend for single working parents with a hyper-active child.

I love my sons daycare, i can rest easy knowing that my child will be cared for. I also love the daily reports i get in the app. I know how many diaper changes, what my child eats throughout the day, how long my child napped that day, pictures and videos of things my child is doing during the day. They also tell me every month what my child will be learning about. All the staff are friendly and really care about every child they have.

My son has been attending Denver KinderCare for 4 months and he loves going to school! The director and assistant director communicate well, know my son and always have smiles on their faces. My sons teachers are knowledgeable about my sons age and development, care for him like their own children and update me throughout the day! I feel lucky to be able to send my son to Denver KinderCare.

I can’t say enough good things about this daycare center. My son loved it from the very first day - because the staff are AMAZING. They each genuinely care and put effort into getting to know and love your child. Everyone at Denver KinderCare is experienced, professional, and responsive. They know how to handle any scenario and take care in making sure your needs are met as a parent. My son’s development skyrocketed when he started going here and I truly think it’s because of how professional and dedicated the staff is. I toured every fancy daycare in Denver and this center is the best of them all - in staff, facility, and program execution; don’t be fooled by a brand or location of some other centers. I highly recommend Denver KinderCare to any family who is looking for a safe, caring, and development-minded environment for their children.

Our 2-year-old daughter has been attending this kindercare for about a year. We have LOVED our experience. Before we started I was nervous because we couldnt tour or meet the teachers (because of COVID-19). The staff was so accommodating to this worry and sent us pictures of the teachers and the classroom before we started so our daughter was prepared. She has learned SO much this year, its really amazing. When she comes home its clear she has been learning ALL DAY LONG. The teachers (Cassie and Ms. Greer), have been so loving and responsive. We use the app and see updates all day long. Finally, they are potty-training pros! The teachers were so patient with our daughter and made her feel proud and successful. 100% recommend this center!

My son went here for about a year, from 1.5-2.5 years old. He was excited to arrive every morning. All of the teachers and staff he saw greeted him by name. He learned so much there, from numbers and letters to great habits like picking up after himself. And we were very happy with their pandemic protocols. We moved out of the area so unfortunately had to find a new daycare, but would have stayed otherwise!

My husband and I love this place, but most importantly, our daughter loves it too. All of her teachers are so genuinely caring and loving, and we never worry that she’s not getting the attention and affection she needs while we’re at work. She’s always smiling when we pick her up, and doesn’t cry when we drop her off. We’ve popped in at random hours and always find the teachers playing with all the kiddos, and helping them to learn and grow. The staff communicates with the families very well, maintains a safe environment, and are so kind and patient. They’ve really become like a second family! Can’t recommend this wonderful place enough.

Our kiddo just turned three and has been at KinderCare for just over a year. Prior to this, she was at a high end, private, super expensive school and not the slightest bit engaged there. I put her here because we needed immediate availability to accommodate a job change and they were nearby, thinking perhaps itd be temporary. This place is crazy diverse, loud, and always changing. But my kid is super engaged! She knows all the staff and they all know her, no matter their age group. Its clear they all jump in and help each other constantly! How else could you run a place 6:30am-6:30pm? They are 100% flexible with schedule changes and surprises, and all seem to love my kid! The whole thing is seemingly put together with tape and bubble gum, a wing and a prayer, but they always find a way to have a great day. The best part, my kid just took her first Bracken assessment and scored in the 99% for her age, the smarts of a 5 year old, and she just turned three! Also, potty trained by the time she turned 2, totally thanks to KinderCare!! We both work 8 hour days, so she is with them 9+ hours a day! We ❤️ KinderCare!!

Im writing to provide a GOOD review -- since it seems that most people who write online reviews are upset or angry. My daughter has been going to KC Denver for almost 4 months. we love it here. The teachers in the infant room are fantastic and really care about the kids. The Director and Asst Directors are always around, friendly, greeting parents and kids as they arrive. We appreciate the report cards we get at the end of each day, letting us know what our daughter was up to, and how she did with napping/feeding/etc. Whether Im dropping off or picking up, someone is always talking to me about my daughter, how she is doing, her development, etc.We also appreciate the hours that KC is open. While our daughter is generally there from 7:30 to 5:30, if we need to pick up late or bring her early, its not a problem. HUGE benefit for working parents! The only reason I give 4 stars is that I wish there was a bit more technology integration with this KC. For example, the teachers are always taking photos of the babies doing fun activities and the they print them for the parents (awesome) or post them on the walls. I wish those photos could be posted to an online account where the parents could get a digital copy. Similarly, when we keep our daughter home or have a change in our plans for the day, it would be great to simply log in and send a quick note (although Ive never had any problems calling and getting this done). In sum, my husband and I have been very happy with KC Denver. Give it a try!

I cannot say enough positive things about the Holly St. Kindercare in Denver. My daughter (almost 5) has gone to school here since she was 2 years old. As soon as she started coming here, I immediately saw strides in her development. She loves the school and loves the teachers and staff. I genuinely feel like the staff loves and cares for all of the kids, too. This is a great place.

My family has been extremely happy with Denver Kindercare. Kim and Laura are always very helpful and treat each child as if they are their own. All the teachers learn the children’s names; whether it is a passing hello in the hallway, a good morning or goodnight. They put effort into making the kid’s feel special and individualized. We have been very grateful to have found such wonderful people to educate and watch our children.

My Daughter has been going to KC Denver for about 2 wks now and I was absolutely terrified, my experiences with day cares were not good, I was a new Mom and sent my 1 yr old son to a day care and he was coming home with bruises on his lower back and butt, then I found out that they were beating the kids, so you could see where my fear comes from with day cares. That all changed when I walked into K.C. The staff are amazing, warm, and welcoming. My Daughter is very shy, she dont like new people, she has only ever been around me, my Dad, and my sister so I didnt think sending her was going to work out very well, but the staff in the toddler room has made this transition so easy on me and my daughter both. Their very active and hands on with the kids, she always has a dry diaper on when I pick her up, the rooms are very clean considering its a bunch of toddlers, and I love the my day paper we get at the end of the day so we know what she has done throughout the day. I want to Thank K.C for helping me with this transition and taking the best care of my child.

Our daughter has been going to Denver Kindercare since she was 3 months old (January 2019) I could not be more impressed with our experience. As a teacher myself I admit my expectations were high. Ms. Kelsey (who we drop off with in the morning) is amazing. Our daughter has adjusted to her kindness and has rarely cried when we drop her off there. Kelsey is also so kind to remember different things that are happening in her life and never hesitates to ask about them. During the day our daughter spends most of her time with Ms. Laura and Ms. Deanna, both of whom are wonderful. They are loving, kind and know our baby so well. They are quick to adjust to her ever changing schedule, moods and temperament. They are also so wonderful to make sure there are daily photos and updates in the Kindercare app, which is used by the school to communicate throughout the day. I can not say enough amazing things about her teachers. And Kim, the school director, is always so positive and energetic along with being approachable and responsible. I am so impressed with our daughters first year at Kindercare Denver!

Before going here, I guess I kinda viewed KinderCare (in general) as kind of low quality. My child has been here for about a year and I gotta say I have been extremely happy with our experience here. The administration is always kind and professional with me. More importantly I can tell they have a great relationship the teachers & kids. All of my daughters teachers have been beyond kind, helpful, and approachable. There have been many days where my daughter does not want to leave when I arrive to pick her up.This has been the only daycare we have been, so I have nothing to compare it to, but all I can say is that we have been very happy with KinderCare.

We have had all 3 of our children at Kindercare for the past 3 years- from newborn to pre-kindergarten. Over the years we have grown close with so many of the teachers. Our children feel loved and are excited to go to school each day.Kim (center director) was incredibly responsive to a concern we had recently- Kim called the next day with an action plan including staff training. I was very impressed with how seriously they all took my concern. My sons learned so much in all their classes. Pre-K left my 5 years old more than ready for kindergarten this year.I am excited for the new play ground and renovations planned next year!!

We had our toddler here for about six months, and it was a sad place. We were grateful to just have a spot at a licensed daycare, because we couldn’t get a spot anywhere else decent at the time. However, the overall experience made us sad every day. The environment was often dirty and far from stimulating or enriching, and most workers seemed overworked or irritated. Whenever we visited to pick up or drop off our little one, none of the kids there looked happy. Our kid cried every single time when we said bye and couldn’t wait to go home. At first, we just thought he was having a hard time adjusting to a new environment. It wasn’t. He would get bitten or hurt a few times each week. On multiple occasions, we even picked up our kid with a dirty, saggy diaper. When we asked the worker how long he had a dirty diaper, and she wouldn’t have an answer. When we asked to clean him, we were told that it wasn’t her job. On those days, his dirty diaper would be stuck on his bottom and his buttocks would be red, because it was unchanged for far too long. One day, I picked him up when he was taking a nap, and he was sleeping with an old, dirty diaper. I ended up cleaning his diaper on a bench in their foyer because the teacher wouldn’t do it and their bathrooms didn’t have diaper tables. He had recurring diaper rashes, and they would even forget to apply diaper cream as requested. He had a high fever for several days, and on one of the days the worker who noticed it failed to notify us or other workers. He apparently cried all day, and we didnt know about it until we picked him up at 6pm. Both my spouse and I also witnessed so many sad scenes that were not directly concerning our child. One time, another worker was repeatedly yelling at a toddler who couldn’t have been more than 18-months, “Pull up your pants!” Kids this age need help completing tasks like that instead of being yelled at, as if they are supposed to be able to act like adults. Food menu was not substantial, and easy-to-prepare options (i.e. flat bread pizza and cucumber slices) repeated too often. The sink meant for washing kids hands was always dirty and looked like it was going to get their hands actually dirtier than before if they touched it. In general, this place didnt seem to have sensible organization or cleaning protocols in place. Was it because the tuition was low? No. We paid $360 a week in 2019. Now he goes to a different daycare. From DAY ONE, he didn’t cry! He is actually happy and excited to be there everyday, because it is clean, full of enrichments, serves better food, and has a welcoming atmosphere. For the last several months he was in this new place, he was bitten or lightly hurt once only. Teachers here so much more carefully observe children and prevent injuries from happening. Both children and teachers/staff are so much happier at this new place, and we are so relieved that we moved him to a different place.

Do not send your kid here. I set up an appointment for a tour--at a time that they requested--and took off work to meet them. I sat for 30 minutes without being helped, other than random staff members that asked if I had been helped and then said that they would get someone to help me. Eventually, I was told that there was nobody there to meet with me. If they cannot keep an appointment--that was made only three hours beforehand--then how can they keep your kids safe? Also, its dirty. My suggestion would be to find somewhere else. Thats what I am doing.
